Small studio refurbished at the end of my house. So everything is new, the bed is extremely comfy. The entrance is independent, and there is space to park your car right next door. Quiet location, with beautiful views of the Charollaise countryside. The kitchen and the bed are in the same room, the bathroom and the toilet are separate, with a separate door. Oven and fridge are installed, as well as everything you need to cook, pots, induction hob, sink, dishes, etc...

Upstairs, a 140 X 190 bed and a shower-wc room (hairdryer, washing machine). Bed linen and towels provided. Outside, a large terrace with panoramic views, a private spa for 4 people.

With two double bedrooms, one single and one twin, the house comfortably accommodates up to 7 people. The dining room seats 10, and the new kitchen is extremely well-equipped.
