My place is close to the city center, public transportation, parks and nightlife. The place is suitable for one person but can accommodate 2 people. It costs NOK 200 extra per night if you are two. Bed (90 cm + mattress on the floor). There is the possibility to make simple food. Cooking plate, microwave ++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/toilet are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 197 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free parking in the street.

Relax at this peaceful residence in Vaulen. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and it is within walking distance to both Vaulen bathing area and Sørmarka. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within a short radius. Bus stop is 2 minutes away, and bus to Stavanger and Sandnes runs every 15 minutes (bus stop: Lyngnesveien). Parking space for two cars as well as electric car chargers. Charging of electric car is included in the rent.

The apartment is located in Hinna Park near the lake and nice hiking areas, 10 minutes from Stavanger city center and 10 minutes from Sandnes city center. Good public transport connections, 5 min walk to train station. For your information, I live in the apartment myself when it is not rented, so personal belongings will be present during the stay.
