Very pleasant stay at Lucie's. Royan and its various districts are very easily accessible on foot. Chay Beach is less than a five-minute walk away. Lucie offers tea, coffee and kitchen necessities, the studio is very well arranged and stays cool in the heatwave. The secure parking space for the car is very appreciable. At Lucie's, an excellent place to stay in Royan!

Nice well located apartment. On the other hand, extra sheets and towels seem very average to us in view of all the Airbnb offers, and this significantly increases the price of the room (€15/sheet and €5/towel). In addition, basic equipment such as bath mats and towels are not included either. Pigeons in the hall, and single glazing, a lot of noise. Apart from these few points, the apartment has everything you need to have a good stay.

Great stay with family. Olivier managed to respond to our many requests and was very responsive. I recommend renting especially for vacationers with children. Ours enjoyed the animals, the many toys, the equipment provided as well as the beach near the accommodation.

Very nice apartment, beautiful decoration, spacious, 2 very large bedrooms each with its own bathroom Large living room and beautiful, very well-equipped kitchen (appliances and dishes) dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, washing machine and dryer. Parking space. Sea view and sea 100 m away. Valerie's kindness and her little attention. 5 min walk to the beautiful beach of Pontaillac, its restaurants and shops. Conclusion: it was perfect, you can go there with your eyes closed.
