The property is lovely . Fits the description and more so. In a lovely location, in the grounds of the hosts property, with secure parking . The location is ideal for the Ferry Port. The hosts are lovely they couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Would recommend and will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thankyou

Good stay in Stefan and Renée's bungalow, they were very welcoming and the accommodation is perfectly as described, we recommend it.

Fred and Kelly’s place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed because the price was better and there was a little more room than many places directly in the city. Though we looked forward to it, we didn’t expect to fall in love with it…and we did! Staying outside of the city is pretty great. It’s a 10ish minute walk to the train station, and then an easy navigation to wherever you need to go. We didn’t mind the “commute” a bit, and it was nice to start off and wind down in a quieter setting. The place itself is well kept, clean, and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed casting Netflix on the TV with the fireplace on in the evenings, and we spent a couple of mornings in the garden. We booked this spot our entire stay, but also spent one night in Amsterdam to experience “city life,” and also spent one night in Utrecht. These were perfect additions to our home base plan. I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay at Vera's, who is adorable. The accommodation is cute, clean, and as described. The neighborhood is beautiful, there is a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Breakfast is perfect, varied with quality products. I can only recommend this place.

We had fantastic days again; we were allowed to stay here for a 2nd time, now in another season. The accommodation is very cozy and has everything you need (and much more) for a wonderfully relaxing stay in a truly beautiful setting, where there is a lot to do and see. Very nice owners and Bertina is an absolute top host in every way. Her fresh, healthy and varied breakfast is also not to be exceeded. T Veldhoentje gets a big 10 from us! We'd love to come back.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Astrid and Thijs are fantastic hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They gave us lots of great tips on what to see and do in the area, which really enhanced our trip. Their beautiful garden is the perfect place to relax. The accommodation was spotless and flawless. We truly had a great time and would love to come back!

A beautiful place. And immediately the pheasant with chicks in the garden. Beautiful skies seen from under the covered veranda. Hares and herons. Cuckoo and owls. Slept well on the cozy upper floor. Beautifully styled with an eye for detail. Those stairs, wow.

We had a very nice stay at Ton's place. Very quiet place, perfect to rest and to discover Nordholland, its mills and its polders.

I was really touched by the host's kindness. Thanks to the host who came out to greet me in person and warmly welcomed me when I checked in, the start of my trip was even more pleasant. The bedding was very comfortable, so I was able to sleep deeply, and the cleanliness of the entire accommodation was very clean and great. Above all, the village where the accommodation is located is so beautiful that I felt healed throughout my stay. Thanks to the thoughtful hosting and pleasant space, I was really satisfied with my stay in Amsterdam. Thank you, Edith!

The three of us stayed there for 4 nights and felt very comfortable. Communication with Jesse was fast, friendly and smooth. It is a bungalow at the back of the house with a small private terrace. The location is optimal if you want to explore the surrounding area. The beach is 5-10 minutes away by bike. Shopping is also nearby. Leiden is only a good 10+ km away, Amsterdam can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.

We were very comfortable and at home. We loved that there were so many wooded walks from the doorstep. Zutphen is close and worth the visit. Our hosts gave us an introduction to a great restaurant. All in all a good experience and we’d stay again.

Where to start...first of all, the contact with Kristel and Frans was extremely easy and proactive. They gave us a very friendly welcome and made us feel at home. The accommodation itself is a cute little place for two people. Everything you need was there. We also spent a lot of time with Frans and had really great conversations. Kristel and Frans were very open and accommodating. We didn't lack for anything. They gave us tips on where we could eat well, what we could see and where we could fish well. We would particularly like to emphasize Frans sincerity and his positive and funny manner. Talking to him was never boring and always funny! Our highlight was on the last evening. Frans invited us to go fishing on the boat. We spent 3 hours on the water with Frans and had a really great time. We will be back and will bring a crate of beer next time. Thank you two, we won't forget you.

We were pleasantly surprised by the coziness of the cottage, including the outdoor environment. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the outdoors due to the bad weather. Furnishing is very complete, including all kinds of crockery, possibilities to cook for yourself, herbs, oil etc. was all present. Nice that there were also games and plenty of reading material (magazines, books). Marjelle welcomed us and also let us know that she or her husband were available in case of questions. We had received a good tip for a cafe nearby! Marjelle had arranged breakfast for 2 days and that was fine!! Bread, yogurt, baked rolls, bread toppings (savory and sweet), apple juice, fruit, muesli -- it was all available! Great shower, very clean and plenty of hot water!!! We can only be positive. The only thing we missed was an extra chair for the dining table; probably because of the space, there were 2 chairs and an additional 2 stools.

Three-day stay, perfect location, great. The advantage is the free seats and nothing to complain about. We are very happy.

We had a wonderful stay in the lovingly furnished guest house. Everything is available and everything in the apartment is described in a self-explanatory way. The guest house is very clean, the double bed is very good and everything is practical and beautifully furnished. The location is great and a free large parking lot is not far away. Nel is very courteous, quick to reach and also responds very quickly. Katwijk is also very beautiful, especially the beach with all the beach clubs. Check-in was very easy with a lockbox. Thank you for the great stay. Absolutely recommended.

Erna is truly an amazing Hostess and she is so generous with everything. I only chose to stay in Barneveld reading the reviews of Erna and her delicious breakfast since my husband and I wanted to be spoiled a bit. Barneveld is quiet but with a car you can drive. It exceeded expectations. She provides an amazing and clean accommodation. The bed is so comfortable and there are plenty of towels for guests to use. The little kitchenette was convenient and came with a toaster oven and a hot plate. There is no microwave but we managed fine since we stayed for two days. Erna also allowed us to use her washer and dryer. Helped us to order pizza. She welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine and chilled beers and drinks. I loved the garden which is so cute and well planned. She has all the cutlery and assorted glasses you will need. I am back in Canada and still dreaming of Erna and her warm hospitality and delicious breakfast. Thank you for everything you did for my husband and me, Erna. Love

We were able to spend a week's vacation with our 1 1/2-year-old son at Leah and Tom's and would have liked to stay there much longer. The two have a wonderful, cozy apartment and a fantastic garden that invites you to linger and was a great place for our son to romp and explore. Both in the apartment and the garden, you immediately notice that a place to feel good has been created with a lot of love. There were even a lot of toys for our son. :-) In addition, we want to say one more thing: We have already used AirBnB many times, but we have never had such great, friendly and helpful landlords like Leah and Tom. They were always there to help and advise (especially when it came to tips for activities with our son) and there was always time for a private conversation. Incredibly loving people! We would have liked to give more than 5 stars! :-)

House was clean and well cared for. Beautiful surroundings and the bikes were very convenient to get everywhere.

Paulien and Pim's Airbnb was so beautifull! We loved it. And not only did it look fab, it was a really comfortable and relaxing place to spend time. We enjoyed a wonderful time at Edward’s place. The area is peaceful with pristine surroundings, we could walk and see attractions in the area as a family. There were lots of nice touches in terms of food and groceries that we could use and it helped us to settle in after our international travels to the Netherlands. There was coffee and sweet treats for the kids which was wonderful. Check-in was easy as per instructions. His response is swift and he gave great advice and support. The stay here was definitely a highlight and will be recommended to others!

We recommend this pleasant and comfortable accommodation where we had a great stay. We were very well received with very useful advice as a bonus! The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the city center.

The apartment is well suited for a long weekend in the province of Flevoland. It is very clean, quiet and you have everything you need. Henny and her husband are very friendly. Our children were allowed to go to the cows alone and had fun on the trampoline. Evi the dog is very sweet. Urk is a nice little place and the proximity to Amsterdam is great.
