A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Green (family) oasis within walking distance of the city center

Authentic, comfortable workers' house (1910) with lovely garden. A quiet place in a village part of Utrecht and yet close to shops, stations and the center, with all kinds of nice coffee and eating places‘ around the corner ’. There are 3-4 sleeping places: the "master bedroom" (bed 140x200) and the sofa bed in the living room (120x200), all without morning sun. Furthermore, you can possibly put your own cot in the room of one of my daughters.
