Beautiful home gorgeous garden lots to do as a family with kids from swimming pool to volley ball and more. Peaceful area only a few minutes walk to the Duna beach, to a few cafes and restaurants too. Easy quick drive to get over to St Endre for a lovely day. Kitchen perfectly equipped has everything we needed and more. Very clear instructions left and a very proactive responsive host. Will be back.

We had an amazing experience staying at this guesthouse. The property was exactly as described - clean, stylish and very comfortable. András and Barbara were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect – close to Amber Bride by Sorg Villa (where we were having our wedding) yet quiet and peaceful at night. The amenities were a great bonus too – fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and a nice shower. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Leányfalu.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! We stayed with 9 people as part of a bachelor party at Szilvia. With 9 people, we each had our own bed. The apartment was very clean and individually furnished. What we really liked was also that there were good amenities (e.g. also a music box). We also very much enjoyed spending time in the party room (with billiards and darts) and in the garden or on the terrace upstairs. By bus you can easily get to the city (about 15-20 minutes to most places). I would like to emphasize that the contact was very nice and Szilvia helped us extremely quickly with all questions and wishes. For us, it was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Budapest! :)

The accommodation is much better than the pictures show, the swimming pool and terrace is a great space. Communication was always really good and the host was very helpful. I would recommend highly

A beautiful spot where you can swim in the lake! it was very very clean and modern inside and the hospitality was incredible as they helped us with some transportation during our stay!

I had an incredibly peaceful and refreshing stay at Tamas place. The surroundings are serene and quiet, with beautiful views that made every morning feel special. The apartment is thoughtfully set up to offer both comfort and privacy - it genuinely felt like a hidden retreat while still being within reach of the city. It also has the best working desk setup I've seen among Budapest rentals - my back was truly grateful for that! Tamas was one of the most responsive and friendly hosts I've encountered. He replied within seconds and was always ready to help. His welcoming attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a calm place to unwind or a quiet spot to work remotely, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

A fantastic week in this appartment. Everything was absolutely perfect, clean, calm. The garden is beautiful, and the neighborhood very green. 10 minutes from district center and 30 minutes from city center, this place is an excellent address, and the kindness of Katrin is the cherry on the cake. We had a lovely 4 nights at Natalia’s place. Everything from booking to staying, to checking out again was hassle free and great communication from the host. Lovely accommodation - we stayed whilst attending the Grand Prix. Perfect location and was a lovely peaceful place to relax when we got back after a long day. Accommodation had everything you could possibly need and more. Thanks for such a lovely stay!

Highly recommended! Huge apartment with great amenities, just as described by the host. Easy access by public transport from the main spots of the city. Clean and comfortable for a group of 5-6 people. Outstanding temperature control for the winter. A little noisy from the street, but not a deal breaker in my opinion. Great communication with the host. A good experience overall.

The apartment is great. It is spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped. It is situated in the peaceful green part of Budapest. Gabor is the great host, he let me personally to the apartment and explained everything. In the case you would not like to live in the center of the city, Gabor`s apartment is a perfect choice!

The house is very nice, equipped with everything you need. The host gave an accurate description, so we found the house easily. It got very cold unexpectedly, Lajos responded immediately, offering the heating before we arrived. I can only recommend this place.

We’ve had such a great time at Agnes Airbnb! It looks exactly like in the description, it’s clean, well equipped and Ágnes was always available - she’s such a nice person! I would love to come back when it’s warmer to also use the pool, it’s a private property where swimming and tanning would be great! Thank you Agnes!

Clean, comfortable and everything works perfectly fine. However the walls are still advertising the thai-massage that obviously was in the appartement before, witch felt a little wierd.

Nancy and her husband are always friendly and respond quickly to inquiries. I will use them again next time.

This was the Best, Air BnB experience I have ever had. The Host Agnes & Miklos, are very Rare in this field of business. They are very Kind, Respectful, Big Hearted, Cordial, to the Point people. Every Week, they would check in with me to make sure, I didn’t need anything. (I wish I could Adopt them. :)) If you are looking for a Peaceful, Cosy, very Clean, get away from the World…, place to stay in Budapest, this is It!! With Love & Appreciation C.C.

a really lovely spacious, clean and comfortable house. We really enjoyed our stay with our family gathering for 10 people . The communal spaces were great, both the living room and dining area were great for a family gathering. The bedroom were comfortable and the bathrooms were good also. I I would highly recommend this house for a family gathering...a little bit further out from the centre than we were originally planning but was worth it for the quality of the house and space. There were various public transport options to get to the centre by bus or tram within walking distance. The host was very responsive and replied to any queries within 10 minutes.
