Ski slopes right outside the door and scooter trails with a connection to the public trail network all the way to Sverge. The place has great amenities like two bathrooms with dursj and massage bath. Two living rooms and fitness room. There is also the possibility of electric car charging and bonfire/grilling outdoors.

If you want silence and natural surroundings, this cabin can be something for you. Cozy cabin built in 2014, well maintained. Great hiking terrain both in the mountains and in the valley. Lots of berries and mushrooms, and plenty of bird life. You can swim and fish in Røyrtjønna, a small lake just below the cabin, and also swim in Ranelva (5 min walk). Approximately 20 min drive to Sandnessjøen, 25 min to Mosjøen, and 15 min to the ferry connection Levang-Nesna. 7 min from Toventunell. A great starting point for vacationing and accommodation in Helgeland.

Litlehaug - Urtestua

Huset dere skal bo i et et gammelt tømmerhus som står plassert mitt i en oase av en hage. I første etasje er det entre, et rom med toalett med vask, et rom med toalett og vaskemaskin, stue med sofakrok og stor spiseplass og stort og velutstyrt kjøkken. Fra kjøkkenet er det egen dør ut til stor terrasse med stoler, bord og grill. I andre etasje er det bad med dusj og toalett, et stort soverom med 2 dobbeltsenger og 1 enkeltseng, et mindre soverom med dobbeltseng og en sovekrok med enkeltseng.

2 bedroom house + kids room/baby room that can be equipped with air mattress if needed. If you are traveling with small children/baby, by appointment we can rent out a crib and other children's equipment😊The house has mounted an electric car charger. We live here as usual, so we rent out where it suits us☺️There will therefore also be rooms/stalls that are locked during the rental period with personal items. NOTE: cat lives in the house as usual (not present during the rental period)

Only 6 minutes to Mosjøen center, 5 minutes to Kippermoen sports facilities and 5 minutes to ski and alpine center, this is a fantastic starting point for activities, but also for relaxation in forests and fields. The house is large and spacious, with plenty of space for many - both indoors and outdoors. In summertime the sun can be enjoyed until midnight.
