Our house is located by the sea on the island of Løkta in Dønna municipality, which is part of Helgeland. It is located by itself without close neighbors. The house was completed in 2017, is spacious, warm and practical, and a good place to be. The kitchen is over 40 m2, and is separated from the living room, so you get two living rooms. It is only a few meters down to the shore, and many nice nature experiences in the nearby area with lake and jogging trails. We have an outdoor room, double garage with electric charger and a small football field. And lots of toys for the kids.

The place is close to fishing waters and a very good river. Forest and fields surrounded by hiking trails and wilderness. Ski slopes right outside the door and scooter slopes with connection to public ski network all the way to Sverge. The place has good facilities such as two bathrooms with shower and massage bath. Two living rooms and a gym. There is also the possibility of electric car charging and campfire/grilling outdoors.

Cozy little apartment with parking

Simple studio apartment with private entrance in quiet Olderskog, Mosjøen. The studio has a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, a sleeping alcove with a single bed and a bathroom with a washing machine. Short distance to the store, school and great hiking areas such as Mosåsen and Mostjønna. 8 min to the city center, 10 min to the airport. Perfect for both short and long stays – with fiber, parking and a safe neighborhood. Dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary equipment can be found in the apartment

Caravan for rental

Do you need accommodation and looking for something special?☺️ Come stay overnight in our camper! We live rural to and the wagon is in our parking area. You will have access to your own patio with barbecue and furniture🌳 The wagon contains kitchen with all utensils. Both stove and oven on gas. Fridge and small freezer. There are 4 fixed beds. One bunk bed and a double bed. Possibility of two more in the sofa group. Bathroom with sink and toilet. No shower. Washing machine possible against surcharge.

Central house!

House with 2 bedrooms + children's room/baby room that can be equipped with an air mattress if needed. If you are traveling with small children/baby, we can rent out a sprinkler bed and other children's equipment by agreement😊The house has an electric car charger. We live here normally, so we rent out when it suits us☺️There will therefore also be rooms/storerooms that are locked during the rental period with personal items. PLEASE NOTE! A cat lives in the house (not present during the rental period)

Cozy family cabin in Helgeland

Ønsker du stillhet, ro, og naturskjønne omgivelser på Helgeland, er denne hytta være noe for deg. Koselig hytte bygd i 2014. Flott turterreng både til fjells og i dalen. Mye bær og sopp, og rikelig fugleliv. Man kan bade og fiske i Røyrtjønna, liten innsjø rett nedenfor hytte, også bade i Ranelva (5 min gange). Ca 20 min kjøring til Sandnessjøen, 25 min til Mosjøen, og 15 min til ferjesambandet Levang-Nesna. 7 min fra Toventunell. Et flott utgangspunkt for feriering og overnatting på Helgeland.

Enebolig til leie. Opp til 6 sengeplasser. Eneboligen ligger i ei rolig gate i Kulstadlia. Kort vei ned til Halsøy der det er fotballbane, bensinstasjoner og butikker. Her spilles også noen kamper under kippermocupen. Boligen har 3 soverom, to bad, et stort vaskerom, en stor altan med paviljong og grill + gode solforhold. Det er garasje og 3 parkeringsplasser utenfor + el lader. Det er ei stor kjellerstue nede man også kan benytte som soverom. Tar ca 6-7 min å kjøre til sentrum og Kippermoen.

Litlehaug - Urtestua

Huset dere skal bo i et et gammelt tømmerhus som står plassert mitt i en oase av en hage. I første etasje er det entre, et rom med toalett med vask, et rom med toalett og vaskemaskin, stue med sofakrok og stor spiseplass og stort og velutstyrt kjøkken. Fra kjøkkenet er det egen dør ut til stor terrasse med stoler, bord og grill. I andre etasje er det bad med dusj og toalett, et stort soverom med 2 dobbeltsenger og 1 enkeltseng, et mindre soverom med dobbeltseng og en sovekrok med enkeltseng.

Toppen Panorama is located about 4 km north of Mosjøen city center on the scenic Halsøytoppen. Here you have a good view of both the city and Vefsnfjorden. This is a great starting point for trips, whether you're looking for a real challenge or you're most eager to wander around. Both the coast and the high mountains are in the immediate vicinity, and there are many marked hiking trails and top tours to choose from.

Velkommen til en koselig, solrik leilighet fem minutters kjøretur fra Mosjøen sentrum. Utsikten er nydelig over fjord og fjell. Leiligheten ligger i et fredelig område. Dette er et privat hjem hvor det til daglig bor både hund og katt. Boligen vaskes grundig mellom hvert besøk, men passer derfor ikke for personer med kraftig allergi.
