We really loved the peacefulness of this condo. Being away from the tourist destinations, quiet, and a beautiful view was just what we needed. Perfect to just relax, enjoy the beach, and recharge.

Perfection. Absolute perfection. The other reviews are spot on. Just book it already. The views can’t be beat and no picture can do it justice. Everywhere you look it is beautiful and magical: the jungle sounds, the sunsets, the amazing flora and fauna, the details and thoughtful touches. It is so perfect it is almost overwhelming. Every day, I couldn’t believe I was there. And the hosts! They are amazing! They are genuinely kind and generous, not that fake used car salesman nice. They are the real deal. Anything they recommend, just do it. Use their concierge service and do everything! You can’t go wrong. We would have stayed longer and plan to go back soon.

This Airbnb is the perfect place to disconnect. The area is super quiet—ideal for relaxing and recharging. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Rodrigo was an amazing host—always attentive, quick to respond, and thoughtful about every detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about making the stay great. A Perfect Weekend Escape Into Nature’s Arms Tucked between convenience and wilderness lies a stay that whispers peace. Just 300m from a local shop and 1km from a gas station, yet worlds away from the clamor of routine, the house offers that rare luxury: disconnection. Cradled by nature, mornings began with birdsongs, distant chatter of hallow monkeys visit from red/blue parrots — a true symphony of the wild. But let us remember, nature is no zoo; the beauty of wild animals lies in admiring them from afar. We visited Avellanas beach, a 30–40 minute scenic drive, felt like a hidden gem — soft sand, rolling waves, and time suspended. The house, perfect for family, friends, and the curious minds of little ones, fed the soul. And yet, if this retreat had one missing note, it was the internet — a touch stronger, and the balance would be sublime. Still, perhaps that, too, was intentional: a nudge to unplug, slow down, and savor the now. A getaway well seasoned, and truly worth repeating.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning Airbnb in Tamarindo! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-kept the space was. The home was not only spotless and comfortable, but thoughtfully designed with a warm, welcoming vibe that made it feel like a true tropical escape. Every detail — from the cozy furnishings to the serene outdoor area — was exactly as pictured, if not better. What really set this place apart, though, was the host’s exceptional responsiveness. Anytime we had a question or request, they replied almost instantly and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their attentiveness made everything so smooth and hassle-free, which allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Tamarindo, this Airbnb is a perfect choice. We’ll absolutely be booking again — and we couldn’t recommend it more!

I've traveled all over the world and stayed in all kinds of places from bougie to rustic but this was truly unforgettable. If you get the chance to stay here- don't hesitate. It's absolutely amazing and no place quite like it. Views are beyond stunning. Dome tent is well appointed with AC and cooking facilities. There was an electrical storm overnight and watching the storm from a cozy bed was like spending the night in a planetarium. Absolutely spectacular spot and don't hesitate to book it. The dome is in a residential neighborhood so there is not much around there-- bring provisions and you need to drive for fun. The only caution of the place (which should not preclude you from booking it) is that the access road is steep and windy with unpaved roads. SUVs handle it well-- we had a crap car (small SUV but had crap tires or an engine ill-equipped for the task). I would ensure that you have sufficient heft in your vehicle to get you up the road. Totally worth the climb.

This stay was amazing! The home became our haven during our stay in Costa Rica. We were able to see so much of Costa Rica without driving too far. Bring only 10 minutes from Playa Negra was so fun. When we were home we basically lived in the pool, overall an incredible experience at this home.

The view of this house was breathtaking. We enjoyed visiting the town of Tamarindo & seeing the sunset. If you are looking for authentic Costa Rican food make sure to visit the Sodas (what all their small restaurants are called). We enjoyed every single one of them & are very reasonably priced. We visited playa Conchal which was my favorite beach & not far but also did the Leona waterfall hike and zip lining which was so much fun & beautiful. After our activities we were able to come home to our fresh and clean airbnb and dip in the pool then end the night with Netflix or a TV series. We didn’t have the swing which would’ve been a nice photo prop, but that’s alright. We hope to come back again but with our family or friends, we love Costa Rica so much. My husband really bonded with John the security & would enjoy their night talks. We loved how he greeted us with a smile. We will miss him. Gracias amigo y saludos.
