This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. Comfortable single bright room with balcony. Located in the Flores neighborhood meters from the Rivadavia avenues, it is ideal for coming to shop on Avenida Avellaneda. Public transport: subway line to and dock with buses to tourist and downtown areas. Their vehicles can be left on the street and there are 2 parking lots around the corner from the building. The apartment does not have a garage but a basic garage but a basic gym, solarium, laundry and sum yes. (Check availability and rental prices)
