Apartment holiday rentals in Veliki Pijesak Beach

We stayed for 3 nights in this magical place. Vesna, the host, is very welcoming and sweet. She helped us with every question we had. The place itself is a definite WOW! The aprtment is very spacious, full of light and breeze and the view of the bay is nothing less than spactacular. It is quiet and feels like country side just 15-20 min of Budva center, and walking distance from beach. More Specifically, if you are vegetarian or vegan (like my partner :)) her resturant offers super delicious food, cooked with attention to details and full of love- everything is made by her, organic and fresh. Budva doesnt offer almost any vegetarian/ vegan healthy and tasty food so discovering this was the cherry on cake. It you like something different than ordinary crowded hotels and like the airbnb vibe this is the place for you! Vesna, thx alot for making us feel at home ❤️

This place is perfect! Apartment is nice and clean, view is beautiful and Sonja was the most nice host ever. I recommend with all my heart. 🥰

The apartment was great for our needs with a lovely view the only downside was the access which was challenging on foot and wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues other than that we had a fantastic stay.

We really liked the apartment and its location. The apartment had everything you needed to relax. Good location and quiet place, the distance to the nearest beach is about 10 minutes on foot. There are good restaurants with delicious food nearby. Special thanks to Militsa for her hospitality, she met us, showed us everything, was always in touch if we had any questions. I recommend this place for a good vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The terrace was definitely the best part – perfect for relaxing. The bed was super comfy too. Milena was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We got fresh towels every day and the dishes were taken care of, which was a really nice touch. Would happily come back!

We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beautiful penthouse in Bečići! The apartment is modern, sparkling clean, and full of light thanks to the huge panoramic windows. We loved spending time on the spacious terrace — perfect for working, relaxing, or enjoying the sea view. The whole building is new and very well maintained, and the location is just a couple of minutes from the beach. Everything was super comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable — no issues at all. Sylwia was a great host — very responsive and helpful. She even arranged for someone to handle our temporary registration in Montenegro, which made things incredibly easy for us. The only thing we missed were a few basic essentials: there was no laundry detergent or softener, which made it hard to do laundry, and no starter supplies like coffee or tea (just leftovers from previous guests). Still, that was a minor thing — overall the experience was excellent.

Petar is a true role model of what it's like to be a perfect Airbnb host. Even before the arrival, he was very helpful and flexible, answering all questions quickly and in a friendly manner. The accommodation is impeccably clean, well-equipped and exactly as in the pictures – even more beautiful! However, what made the stay here really special was Petar's personal attention and kindness. He was always available when help was needed. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and caring host. If I get the chance, I'll definitely book with him again! This is a wonderful apartment, very bright and clean, located on the top floor. it’s have everything you need for life: a dishwasher, a refrigerator, dishes, cleaning products and much more. A wonderful view from all the windows of the sea. The sea is just a couple of minutes walk away. In the evenings it was sometimes little noisy in the restaurants on the beach , but the noise always stopped after 23. Mags and Milos were very kind and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. There was a nice gift - wine and lots of snacks in the refrigerator :) We recommend these apartments to you

The house was the most beautiful house I stayed in, everything was thought out, everything was next to the beach, everything was very nice, definitely a place to stay, the host took care of everything right away, thank you for everything

Myself and my partner stayed here for 4 days and honestly wasn't easy to leave. The apartment became out home for these days and we loved every moment. We were brought snacks and treats from the host which was incredibly nice. The view was spectacular, honestly the place could have had no bed and it still would have been unbelievable. Thank you so much for this trip, I cant reccomend this place enough!

Great place to stay, as described. The pool is just amazing and you have access to the sea too! The location is about a 25 minute walk to the nearest town. Bear in mind there are lots of steps in the accommodation to get down to the pool. The flat was modern and very well decorated and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and very helpful and gave us a video to find out flat and parking etc. A great host!

Great host! Helped with booing taxis, airport transfer, and other activities. The view from the flat was stunning.

Stefani was an excellent host who really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was squeaky clean and we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking at the amazing views over Budva the bay and surrounding mountains, which was equally beautiful during the evening as during the day. We also loved the swimming pool which was great to hang out by when we’d had enough of the crowds and travelling. The big king sized bed was very comfortable and we were grateful for the easy, free car parking space just outside the apartment. The old town, restaurants, shops, boat trips and beaches are all walkable from the apartment, (made much easier by knowing where the shortcuts are!) but the apartment is positioned in a quiet neighbourhood away from the busyness. There are handy little supermarkets nearby. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to other travellers. The apartment is great and Stefani is an exceptional host!

Had a great stay at for 2 nights in Budva. Igor’s place is as described on the listing. Very clean easy check in and out and good communication with host. It is within a 10 minute walk into town but a very steep hill on the way back. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.
