Holiday rentals with beach access in Velipojë

A great apartment to stay with a toddler. A son could spend every moment outdoors running around the garden. Quiet neighborhood, gives a sense of privacy. From the window you can see the beach - a rocky but beautiful color of the water. We drove to the experience. Clean, elegant, well-maintained, I recommend it.

We were super happy with the accommodation, everything was clean, matched the photos. We especially appreciated the second new bathroom, which was lovely and for multiple people really helpful😁 The host along with the family were very friendly and willing to address anything we needed. Better than any review, the fact that instead of the originally planned couple of days, we ended up sewing here for more than two weeks. Great place, with a gorgeous view (much better than the photos), close to the beach and restaurants. A cozy clean apartment with a large terrace, fast internet and an important feature for us as a couple ( which is not mentioned in the description) - privacy. Taras is successfully covered by the tree and structure of the building, so you can safely enjoy the view without outside of your attention. Many thanks to Boris and his mother for having us! We had a great time here and will warmly remember this vacation. 10 out of 10 ❤️

It was ideal. Everything is as pictured. Modern to be desired. Would give a recommendation to anyone who wants a little more peaceful vacation. You have absolutely everything at home in the apartment.

The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the view is just breathtaking. The location of the apartment is reachable with a car and you have a nice little village in walking distance with a beach, restaurants and a little supermarket. It was totally worth it!

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

The apartment is beautiful – modern, spacious and extremely clean, with a wonderful and pleasant energy. It has absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host is super friendly, helpful and always available for any help. The location is great – close to the sea, with everything you might need in the immediate vicinity, from shops to restaurants. The beaches in the area are among the most beautiful ones I've seen. Any recommendations!

As other reviews have mentioned, Gasper was a great host! He had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Shkoder. We also spoke with his father, who was very helpful and kind. The location was very good and Shkoder itself is very walkable. The apartment was very clean and felt homey. We loved that this Airbnb had unique decorations and history for the family.

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

Elma was very nice with us. she accepted us at the last moment. The apartment is new, very nice, clean and comfortable. I recommend it!

Our stay in Albert's house was fantastic. The house is right in the middle of the Old Town, and being amongst the old buildings and narrow passages our room stayed a comfortable temperature even on hot days. Albert and his family were very generous, and always helpful. The balcony had incredible views down to the sea. I would recommend to other guests to ask Albert for advice on where to park near to the Old Town.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

Great central location and cozy apartment for a short stay. Bes is also easy to communicate with for any problems. Would recommend.

I was very happy to stay in this apartment - it’s bright, cozy, and clearly made with love and care. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place was also very clean and quiet, so I had a great night’s sleep. In the morning, it was easy to grab a delicious coffee at a café nearby and take a walk by the sea — it’s just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Cherie's place! It was so easy to communicate with them, they were very helpful with tips and locations to visit around. The place was nice, cozy and clean. I really like that she uses Eco detergents :) And of course the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

The host and his family went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant satay from the check in to the check out. I highly recommend. Wenever you are in Bar consider this place as your next accomodation.

Very spacious and pleasant accommodation with very appreciable air conditioning. Impeccable cleanliness. Comfortable bedding. The entire house (with several accommodations) is very well managed and planted. At the gates of the Kune Vain Tale Nature Park. 40 minutes from Tirana Airport and 30 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Shengjin. A beautiful tray of figs from the garden. Delicious. Thank you. Small downside on the kitchen, impractical without a knife and hot water. No real freezer and the fridge was not very efficient. But we had a lovely stay!
