There is internet, TV, refrigerator, oven, etc. Heating with a heat pump, a green roof, electricity via solar panels, clay floor and walls. Your dog can walk freely on a fenced property of 6,000 meters. You can bring your horse.

The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

Welcome to our cozy guest house in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature areas such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. Nijmegen city center (8 km) is 15-20 minutes away. A bus stop with direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are within walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive.
