The old horse stables with barn have been converted into an attractive, modern, and luxurious guesthouse. With its generous living room, you will find a complete kitchen with cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family and friends' week(end) gathering. Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Historic farmhouse from 1864, centrally located between the Veluwe forests, heaths and sand drifts and the Veluwemeer the lake surrounding the new land of the polders. Enjoy the space, nature, tranquility and old fishing villages, while cities such as Zwolle, Amersfoort and Amsterdam are easily accessible. The house is equipped with every comfort and a large garden is available for the guests. We have room for 1-6 guests. We do serve an extensive and as much as possible organic breakfast.

NEW 🌟Guesthouse "Het Koetshuis" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Hier vind je rust en privacy; de wind in de bomen en het gezang van vogels. Er staan 2 fietsen klaar. Deze zijn tijdens het verblijf gratis te gebruiken. Ons knusse ‘LOFT’ is een vrijstaand, gezellig en compleet ingericht vakantiehuis van 44m2 op de Veluwe. Door het hoge plafond en de vele ramen is het licht en ruim met uitzicht over de weilanden/akkers. Er is een veranda en een lounge-plek. Deze plek is uitermate geschikt voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers.

Noorder Huisje

Beautiful cottage with a beautiful wide view over the meadows. There is room for 2 adults and possibly 1 baby up to 1 year old. There is a camping bed available for the baby. It is a lovely cozy cottage within walking distance of the bustling & picturesque city center of Voorthuizen. Voorthuizen is the perfect gateway to the Veluwe because of its convenient location. A good base for many hiking and biking trails, and there is plenty to do in the area.

Als je logeert in een boom, dan ga je even op in het leven van de boom. Je voelt heel sterk het ritme van de dag en nacht in de natuur. Je komt tot rust als je meebeweegt op dit ritme. De vogels die de dag inluiden en de vogels die de nacht inluiden. Je overziet het landschap vanuit een hoger perspectief. Je kijkt even op een andere manier naar de wereld, van bovenaf. In een boom slapen, letterlijk tussen de takken slapen is een onbeschrijfelijke ervaring.

The apartment upstairs is decorated in the color and style of the Amsterdam school, and otherwise it is mainly about enjoying, walking, eating and sleeping on this special Estate.

The cottage is situated on a small family estate, in beautiful forest, just outside a village (at just 600m ), in the largest nature area of The Netherlands, with ancient woods and vast fields of heather on its doorstep. The house is spacious but also cosy and comfortable, with a luxury bathroom, complete kitchen, a woodburner stove and all the other comfort you need. Wolves can sometimes be heard howling, if you're lucky...

The pony can go for a walk, and on request, a ride can be made on the big horse. In the group room, there is a bedroom (2 people), sleeping loft (2), six single beds. In the super cozy gypsy wagon (2 people), your pet is allowed, can be booked on request.
