The garden is shared with us My place is close to Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Center Parc... You'll love my place because of the outdoors, the ambiance, and the location. BETWEEN LAND & SEA: new accommodation, close to the sea (walking distance to the beach, 700 m) in a rural environment, surrounded by vineyards and woods on 8 hectares (house adjoining ours, but not overlooked), quiet and relaxation assured! Our accommodation (40 m2) is perfect for a couple or couple with young child (2 years max). It consists of a bedroom and a living room with fitted kitchen, washing machine, sofa, enclosed terrace, not overlooked. I provide linens and towels.

Ideally located in a quiet historic district of Saumur, a ten-minute walk to the city center, your accommodation is furnished with great care, in an outbuilding of our house, in the heart of a charming garden enclosed by walls. The cottage is arranged as a studio, with a large living room, kitchen area and separate bathroom. The toilet is in the bathroom. Everything is on one level and overlooks the garden. Free public parking in front of the property.

Great for quiet stays with family or friends, our accommodation is located 15 minutes from Puy du Fou to welcome you in the countryside in a village of 4 houses and 5 minutes from the Sèvre Nantaise to take nice walks on foot or by canoe. 1 hour drive, the sea, the Poitevin marsh and its Green Venice, the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, the troglodyte caves and the banks of the Loire allow you to discover the region. The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.

At the foot of a large pine tree on the outskirts of the Sèvre Nantaise, you will have a large accommodation (127 m2) in a completely renovated former industrial building with stunning views of the countryside. From the cottage, you can hike along the banks of the Sèvre to the Château de Barbe Bleue and then relax on the terrace while watching the sunset. In the heart of the grove near Puy du Fou, you can also enjoy the tourist activities of Cholet.
