The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet cul-de-sac ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
