We had the most wonderful stay at Deb’s home. We lost our home in the fires in January and had a gap between housing and found this house but is magical. Deb is wonderful. I feel like we made a true friend. The backyard is incredible. The pool is huge. The layout of the house is so comfortable. We were finally able to relax and feel at home for the first time in months. The neighborhood is perfect. The house has everything you need. We can’t say enough about how special this week was to us. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculately clean and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. All instructions were clearly laid out, with helpful labels in all the right places—making everything super easy to navigate. What really stood out was the host’s exceptional thoughtfulness and hospitality. When I enquired about availability of a baby bathtub, the host went out of their way to order one ahead of our arrival just to make sure our needs were taken care of. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this place—would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful generally well kept home with amazing views and yard. If you are a bird lover, you will truly enjoy the symphony of beautiful bird sounds. Being close to the reservoir is a great feature.

We had an incredible stay at Hani’s place! The home was beautifully designed, spotless, and perfect for our family of four. You really couldn’t ask for a better location — just a few blocks from charming Larchmont Village, with great restaurants, cafes, and shops, and only about 10 minutes from Universal Studios, where we spent an amazing day with our boys. The neighborhood felt safe, central, and made getting around LA so easy. There were also tons of fantastic dining options nearby, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located home base in LA!

The property was very spacious, with many bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool and pool table were both very nice, great for a large number of guests. The showers were nice and the host was very responsive to any questions. It was a great stay and we had a great weekend.

Beautiful home with great views, large open kitchen and living room space. We were allowed to check in an hour earlier. We loved that there’s a bathtub and shower option. Bed was very comfortable. It was a weekend stay, perfect for what we were looking for.

This was a great place for us to crash for a couple days while visiting LA. The home is fully equipped and could also host a family for an extended period of time. Nice to have a gated parking spot as well.

the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

I was there for business for 5 days. I am a caregiver for my 93 yo mum and I bring her along, and I have someone come be with her while I'm at work. This worked out very well. She uses a walker and there was no problem for her getting around. There are a few steps down from the parking area in back and she had no trouble. From the front sidewalk there were no steps to the apartment. The apartment is very nicely furnished. The bathroom has a lot of space for toiletries, TV was easy to figure out (for us old timers) with lots of channels. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There's a big dining room table for me to spread out my work. The building is right off the freeway, so easy in and out. It is gated, quiet, and we felt very safe. Alexa was very responsive to all communication. We will stay here again if I am assigned for work in this area. Thank you so much, Alexa!

Tracy's place was exactly as pictured and described with plenty of amenities! We especially enjoyed the water dispenser. Things to note: - The stairs up to the unit are street facing. The neighborhood is quite lively with many family gatherings which is mentioned in the listing. Despite that we weren't bothered at all by the noise during our stay. - The flooring seems to be paper thin. Since this is the upstairs unit, we had noise complaints from downstairs and they even pounded aggressively on the ceiling at us. We were shocked by this since we are extremely quiet, considerate guests, so they seemed to be disturbed by just regular activity in the unit. This isn't the host's fault, and I wouldn't expect an AirBnb to be 100% quiet, but if you don't want to potentially burden others this is something to consider. Overall, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind and accommodating!

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

KGB BEACH HOUSE from BEVERLY HILLS 90210 was so fun to revisit on Longfellow and Hermosa, beautiful day!

Beautiful home located in a peaceful neighborhood. The private room and bathroom were cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed during our stay was provided. It was very generous of them to let us use their washing machine and dryer. If we have the chance to visit LA again, we’d love to stay at Kristin and Chris’s place and explore more of their beautiful neighborhood.

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and so happy with my choice of rental. Christian's home is beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. My host provided fresh organic continental breakfast and the coffe was wonderful and appreciated. To be so close to my family and our new grand baby was amazing. The neighbor hood is excellent and the 3 block walk enabled me not to have to rent a car. In general very close to everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and with the beautiful bathroom steps away! Without hesitation I would love to revisit and highly recommend Christains home for a peaceful stay in Van Nuys!

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's place! Laura is super friendly and easy to talk to. She always has water, fruit, and food for guests. The place is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Feels like home. It's great that I had my own laundry and dryer when i stayed there. The location is perfect, walkable restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again in the future!

My husband, two girls, and I absolutely loved our stay at Ollie’s place! The location is perfect, and sitting in front of that window every morning with my coffee is something I’m going to daydream about nonstop. We walked right out to the beach every morning after breakfast, and Ollie had chairs, toys, and much more for us to use on the beach. Her breakfast each morning was such a treat! We couldn’t get enough of her delicious baked treats. Ollie is so kind, and is super quick to respond with anything you may need. Thanks Ollie for the best family vacay! ❤️

It was perfect for what we needed. The room is actually nicer than the photos, which is rare. It was very clean, easy check in, owner, Doris, was lovely. Friendly, warm, but not intrusive. I will definitely book again.

I have never stayed inside someone’s home for an Airbnb—only in separate guest suites; however, after reading Suzanne’s glowing reviews, I decided to take a risk. I am so very thankful that I did. Suzanne greeted my husband and I upon our arrival with so much warmth and kindness. Her precious cat Madam also gave us a sweet welcome! We immediately felt like we were spending time with friends. The guest room and bathroom are on the other side of the house, so there is still a sense of privacy in the shared space. She provided bagels, fruit, coffee, and tea each morning—a true bed and breakfast experience! The location of the home in the hills is beautiful and tucked away, yet a short Uber ride from multiple places of interest. I highly recommend hiking to the Hollywood Sign with Suzanne and her friends. Incredible views of Mt. Lee and fantastic conversation make the exercise not even feel like exercise. I would recommend Suzanne’s place to any of my friends!
