this place was absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location. bars and restaurants and a connivence store all in a 2-5 minute walk! the condo itself was very cozy and comfortable and furnished very well. the beach is about a 7 minute walk and a 10 minute drive to the villages and the Sarasota beach. i would 100% recommended this airbnb

Amazing views!!! What a beautiful condo! We are so happy we stayed here! Pros: Very very clean, fresh and new. Plenty of towels, both bath towels and beach towels. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked nice. The pool was very nice, easily accessible, and there was a restroom in the adjacent tower for us to use. Extra toilet paper in bathrooms, extra paper towels in kitchen, and a couple laundry pods. Cons: Washer/Dryer was a one unit combo machine which was tiny. We needed to dry our beach towels because it rained while were there and could not use the unit in the condo. There are pay washers and dryers on the first floor of the tower that we had to use instead. The living room and master had cable which was a pro but the living room had a Roku that wasnt signed in so we couldnt use that. There were no scissors in the kitchen which seems insignificant until you need them. Shark teeth = drive south to Caspersen beach!!!! We did not find any at this beach

my wife and I spent a wonderful week at Connies place , great location to the pool and beach, the unit was SPOTLESS, well equipped with anything you would need , parking spot right outside our door was great , comfy bed, really nice sand chairs for the beach, always got quick answers to any questions ( none problem related) would highly recommend for any couple looking for a perfect getaway, hoping Connie and her family are well

We highly recommend staying at Bill’s! He was very accommodating and answered all our questions very quickly. The condo was very clean- the linens and towels smelled so fresh- and had everything you needed for the perfect beach day. The pool area was also beautiful. The location of the condo was perfect! The private beach area was a short walk across the street and way less crowded than the touristy siesta key beach area. However, that area of beach was about 1/2 mile walk down the beach and made for a good lunch/bathroom spot since there aren’t restaurants/bathrooms on the private beach access. We made great use of the free trolley as there were stops right near the condo. We recommend using the breeze app to make tracking the trolley easy. If you’re in a rush, Ubers are also readily available and usually less than $10 and less than a ten minute ride to everywhere you’d want to go- ie. Siesta Key Village, Captain Kurt’s etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, close to village as well as crescent beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, and excursions close by. Private beach which is wonderful, they offer umbrella rentals for a very reasonable price. Two pools which allowed for plenty of space as neither pool was crowded. The condo came with adequate linen/towels with an exchange halfway through the week which was great. There were extra beach toys, umbrellas, and a cooler in the closet we found a few days in that came in handy.

We LOVED our stay. The close proximity to the beach was perfect and the beach itself was gorgeous. We got to see the most stunning sunsets and snorkel for shells in the water. The home was cozy and welcoming. We were impressed with how well stocked the place was- from having everything you could think of in the kitchen, to all beach necessities. We felt right at home and already decided we want to come back!

This condo is in the perfect location. It’s away from the crowds of Siesta Beach, but still close to everything. The setting is beautiful and the property has everything you could need. We hope to visit again soon!

If you want to be right by the beach and have a quiet location then this place is exactly where you want to stay. This one bedroom condo had all of the amenities that you need for a beach trip . We brought our own cool cabana for extra sun protection, and Vincent supplied cooler , chairs, towels , sand toys, etc to enjoy a day at the beach. The holiday weekend(Memorial day) was very busy on the beach with lots of loud music which we did not enjoy. The people playing this loud music didn’t seem To care that other people were even on the beach. After The Weeknd the crowd seems to disburse. My husband and I went to Siesta key beach and drove out to Anna Marie island which we also enjoyed. The pool at the condo wa very nice , quiet with shaded areas, grills to cook if you wanted and noodles to float on. We alerted Vincent of a leaky kitchen faucet so he knows to have maintenance look at it and he responded right away. I would consider staying here again. Vincent was a wonderful host.

Great location! Beach was steps away. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Great place, comfortable, clean, the balcony has nice views, the host is very helpful, highly recommended.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

Very close to the beach, clean and it was nice to come back to the pool after being on the beach all day. One block walk to the main strip with all the restaurants and shops.

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

The place was exactly as advertised and I loved how close we were to the beach. It also was pretty private and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Even though it was great, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower. My bf has had knee surgery and it was extremely difficult to get into the shower. The side of the tub was very very high, I had to lift my knee to my chest to get into the tub and my bf struggled a lot with his bad knee to do that to get into the shower. I still give the place 5 stars because it was as advertised I just didn’t realize from photos that the bathroom would be difficult for us to manage, and that’s our personal problem not a problem with the Airbnb. Everything else was perfect!

This was my families second time staying at Kevin and Missy’s condo. Our family fell in love with it last September and we had to come back. We hope to visit again soon as the location is beautiful and the condo has everything we could ever dream of.

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

Been to Siesta several times and this by far was the best location. Very clean, and the view was 100% the greatest to wake up to. We def will return next year, if not sooner. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

We had a wonderful stay at Ammey’s place. The location was perfect. It was close to all of the restaurants and shops on Bridge Street, it was an easy walk down the beach to other restaurants located right on the beach. It wasn’t far to Coquina Beacb and my husband enjoyed the walking/running path there. The condo was well appointed for our group of 4 people and would easily fit three couples. The extra beach umbrellas you can rent from Ammey were so convenient. There were plenty of chairs and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to AMi.

We originally booked this location (Jamaica Royale), but it was impacted by Hurricane Milton. We were a little disappointed that it was still listed as available, even though it very much was not, as it was still being cleaned up/repaired. However, we were incredibly thankful that Adam responded almost immediately and got us into another location nearby (Palm Bay Club). While not as well appointed and modern as the place we originally booked (and with no beautiful views at all--just the roof of the building beside us), it was situated in a great location near the beach, and very clean and comfortable. Both condos are in VERY conveniently located though--downtown Sarasota is a quick 10 minute drive away, the fine white sand beach is a 5 minute walk, and it's a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book with Adam again. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we had a great experience, all things considered!

This was our second year staying here. The view is amazing!! It is very clean and well stocked.
