New renovated cottage with panoramic views of the Limfjord. The house is located in a quiet summerhouse area on a large nature plot with its own path to the water. The view is unique over the Limfjord with Venø on the horizon. The house contains 3 rooms, open kitchen and living room, bathroom and a large conservatory. Surrounding the house is a large wooden deck with several groups of outdoor furniture. The beach alternates between stone and sandy beach. A few meters out is purely sand. The water is often calm and very clear.

On the terrace, regardless of wind conditions, there is always the possibility to find a place shelter from the wind. The plot is almost 4,000 m2, so there is plenty of space to romp on.

The entire apartment is newly built in 2019, with underfloor heating in all rooms.
