Close to the University, Hospitals, Supermarket, and half a block from 5 bus routes. 10 minutes from the Malecón, 18 from the largest Aquarium in Mexico, 19 from the busiest beach, 22 from a Costco. And many more areas. It's not a hotel zone, but it makes you live with the real "Jarochos", far from the expensive areas of the city.
