The old Pilat Apiary

With an area of 55 m2 and a capacity of 2 to 5 people (with children), our gîte is located in the heart of a small hamlet 2 km from the village of Véranne, on the ground floor of our home. It enjoys panoramic views of the Rhone Valley, as well as the Vercors and Alps mountain ranges. Whether you come as a couple to recharge your batteries in the Parc du Pilat, with friends for bike or trail outings, as a stop on the route des grands crus, or even hiking with the family, you will be delighted!

Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

La Lutinière Gite

Independent stone house of 40 m2, and for 4 people maximum, "la Lutinière" is located in a small very quiet hamlet, 5 minutes' drive from the center of Pélussin. In the heart of the Pilat Regional Nature Park you will be in harmony with nature and animals. La Lutinière offers you a fully equipped space combining comfort and authenticity. You can also enjoy the wooden terrace as well as shared spaces (children's games, chicken coop, garden...) with our family.

On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our vacation rental has found refuge in an old 18th century farmhouse, classified by the Heritage Foundation. It is a remarkable natural site located just below the Crêt de l'Œillon and the "Trois dents"; it faces the valleys of the Rhône, the Drôme and the Alps. Through the many surrounding paths, you can discover a strong and still preserved nature. It's completely peaceful.

My accommodation is a village house located in a large shaded garden, 5 min walk to the city center (Bar, Tobacco, Bakery, Vival) and hiking trails (Saint-Jacques de Compostela, Pilat Regional Park). Summer seasonal rental to enjoy the joys of the surrounding nature. Capacity of 8 beds maximum. The village is at the crossroads of the Rhône, Loire and Ardèche - 14 km from Annonay (16 minutes from Peaugres) and 20 km from Condrieu and the Rhône Valley.
