Holiday rentals with breakfast in Verde River

My friends and I had an amazing time at there home! Everything we had a question they would respond as soon as they could! They pool was the best party! We hope to come back again soon to Arizona and stay at there home again!!! Thank you so much❤️❤️

Great place to stay. Pool and misters were great for sitting outside. Inside was clean and seemed well taken care of. Beds were clean and comfortable. If we are ever back in phoenix we will definitely look at staying here again.

This was a super cute Airbnb. The pool was amazing! I would recommend having blackout curtains in the bedrooms and would have appreciated if the house had the A/C on before we got there. It took about 8 hrs to cool down, but it was 105 degrees outside. Everything else was great!

Highly recommend! It was the perfect home to relax and recover from a 4 day backpack adventure. As described it is a ways from downtown Sedona but still walking distance to some great restaurants and amenities. It is the perfect place for those looking for a beautiful view, a comfortable, rejuvenating home in a quiet neighbourhood and close access to hiking and biking trails. We hope to be back!

Jason is the best host we have ever stayed with on Airbnb. The house is exactly as pictured, one of the cleanest houses ever, tons of amenities that just made it so much easier for us because we were flying in into town with our kids and getting in very late and with the three hour time change. He was extremely responsive. We had multiple questions to prepare for the trip and once we got there & his home is so peaceful. We downloaded an app to tell us what bird species were in the backyard because there was so many birds chirping and flying through the yard in the morning. The house was comfortable slept well & other than a few minor things waking us up at night like the master bedroom doors, which we just solved leaving the bedroom door open, everything was spectacular. I loved that door going out to the pool Had a child opening lock on it. The home was easy to find all the lights were turned on inside & out when we got there. He even had a couple of pb&j snackables there for kids

We had a great stay at Amanda’s. The house was perfect for our needs. We had multiple dogs - the couches were already set up on our arrival with pet blankets for protection. Access to the backyard for our dogs was also ideal. Communication was great and responsive when I had a question about the Internet access. If we were to return to Phoenix and needed a place to stay, we’d definitely rebook. 😊 Thank you Amanda!

This property was exactly what I need and worked out perfectly. I was able to walk the dog every morning and enjoy a great view. The kitchen was well supplied and met all my needs and the beds and baths were very comfortable. The rules were easy to follow. It’s a great accommodation with a very responsive host. I definitely recommend it.

We spent a week at this beautiful house during our daughter’s graduation week from ASU. It was super easy to get to her apartment in downtown Phoenix to unpack, and even easier to get over to Tempe where the ceremonies took place. There are plenty of coffee, shops and restaurants within walking distance that we took advantage of. The pool was a great respite from our busy days. Giorgio was super responsive and so friendly! Thank you!!

We stayed for a long weekend and had the BEST time. The place was cozy, had all the amenities you would need to feel like you're home away from home, AND the views were spectacular. The location was convenient to anything you would want to see or do if not walkable too. We would be happy to stay again even for just the delicious breakfast available every morning by request.

The host has multiple individual sections/rooms available with an independent entrance in the huge house with a common kitchen area (fully stacked). Amazing location with great views of the mountains from the huge backyard patio. (There was no view from the room for this posting). Terry and Carrie are very responsive and can provide any information on all the things around the Sedona area to explore. This room is a little pricey, but will definitely visit them again to book other rooms with the view of the mountains from the room.

Spotless, brand new everything, I loved the kitchen space, the bedroom, laundry, bathroom layout. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Zero clutter anywhere! It truly felt like a home away from home!

Accurate description in the listing. Super easy check-in process. Very convenient location. Would recommend a small car (if renting) as it can require some maneuvering to get into the parking spot. Would stay here again!

Just got home from one of the more relaxing, pleasant weekends I can recall, thanks largely to Tina and Danny’s immaculate hospitality and stunning home that looks like it belongs in Architectural Digest and is perched high above Prescott. An incredible place in an incredible location with incredible hosts makes for an incredible experience! Book it and don’t think twice. You’ll be so happy you did.

This bed and breakfast was perfect in every way! The bed is super comfy, there’s a mini fridge and microwave, and fridge full of refreshments in the main kitchen. The homemade baked goods are so delicious, and breakfast was yummy as well! The location is ideal, really short walk into uptown Sedona. I’d highly recommend for small families or couples.

We loved staying at Wendy’s place. The setting was so stunning both during the day and at night. Multiple places to sit outside plus an upstairs balcony. Wendy made us feel right at home welcoming us like old friends. We could only stay 1 night; we wished we could have stayed longer!

Alessandro's place is amazing ! We absolutely loved staying and look forward to going back one day. They were actually traveling while we staying at the house but they made it so simple to get ahold of them. The house is very pretty, eclectic, and clean.

The location was simply stunning; I woke up every morning to breathtaking views. Whether it was the lush surroundings or the panoramic scenery, it was pure paradise. One of the highlights of the property was the beautiful porch with cozy daybeds, perfect for lounging and bird watching. I spent hours relaxing there, watching all kinds of birds flutter by while soaking in the serene atmosphere. The property itself was beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The peaceful vibe made it easy to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty. I can't wait to stay here again. I am so happy I picked this place—it's definitely a hidden gem! Highly recommend!

During the 3 weeks of my trip to the United States, Sedona was the most comfortable and happiest. There is a kitchen and a living room, and you can enjoy meditation in the spacious yard, and there are trails nearby. If you want a simple and quiet healing time, come to Fabiola and Jacob's accommodation. I recommend it I hope I have another chance to go.

Karen and Bruce were phenomenal hosts, Karen made sure we were well informed with what was going on around town, things to do. Karen provided fantastic instructions on how to use the facilities. Karen also went above and beyond, in helping us make the most of our visit to Sedona, and because of her helping us, we were privileged to be a part of Unci Rita's 100th Birthday Celebration. I will be forever grateful for Karen in helping us get more information of the Birthday celebration. Last but not least, Cassie was amazing! Will definitely repeat if I get a chance to go to Sedona again.

Everything was wonderful! The house is in a really nice neighborhood. The house is beautiful and perfect for my sister and I! Gary was so friendly, gave us some great recommendations and even gave my sister some university/career advice. His dog is the absolute cutest. Would def come here again.
