The house is charming, spacious, and cozy, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and river. The neighborhood is quiet and serene, right next to the river, but only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and stores, and a 25 minute walk to the center. Irina is a welcoming, communicative, kind, and attentive host. Her father is a nice cab driver who kindly drove us to a remote hiking trail. He even walked me to the nearby Jewish cemetery, and showed me homes where Jewish families used to live, which was very special. We didn't have time to use the sauna house, but it was nice to have the option. This was an ideal place to have a gathering with a group of people interested in different activities, as there are a lot of common spaces in addition to the six bedrooms. My favorite part was the balcony, which is accessible from the hallway, and overlooks the mountains and river. We saw a beautiful sunrise from there the first morning!

We had a wonderful 5 days at COSY HOUSE:) The hosts are such nice and helpful people! The house was very clean, has everything you need for a stay. Cool interior, especially panoramic windows overlooking the mountain, every evening we watched sunsets and spent time on the terrace) There is a grill area. Within a walking distance there is a beautiful lake and the mountain "Great Table" I recommend climbing. We also had dogs to visit, they love to walk and can go for a walk with you) It's a perfect place for privacy and cozy evenings, we will definitely come back in the fall!

A great house with everything you need. It is quiet around, a large plot in front of the house and a river where you can walk behind it, a barbecue gazebo with a stove. The area is quite isolated and very spacious. Lots, really a lot of bathrooms. Dmitry responds quickly and advises cool places nearby. The only thing was that there was no exact address. It was one of the best vacations. The views are incredible. Comfortable, quality house, everything is provided, even some little things are taken into account. I was with a big dog, thank you for allowing Anatoly. Everything around is well-groomed, clean, convenient. The water is springy! The mushrooms are white, pickle-breakers, pimps, berries (blackberries, strawberries). I really liked everything and willdefinitely come back to you again!

Great location and extremely nice hosts. The apartment is like a pinterest, so all your photos are already instagrammable. There are all the necessary amenities, both inside and out. Willdefinitely come back here!!

A good choice for a few quiet days in the woods. There are some houses in the area, but it is very quiet and green - as advertised. Wifi was strong, stable power supply. The road leading to the house can get a bit tricky when it rains, but it's walkable if you leave your car at the bottom of the hill. Would come back for another visit!

A beautiful house with everything for a comfortable stay. A restaurant has recently opened nearby, so if you do not want to go to the city or cook on your own, then this is ideal (because it is very far to walk, but you can't drive three times a day😅). There are almost no houses around, no people, forest, mountains, there is an opportunity to relax in the sauna and vat. Separately, we are grateful to the administrator Vasyl, who was always in touch, advised the establishments, helped with a taxi and everything that arose questions. Happy to come back again!

If you are looking for a cozy, nice and incredibly clean place to relax in the Carpathians - you found it. I sincerely advise you to stop and relax with Mrs. Oksana. The property has its own lodge in which you will find two comfortable sleeping rooms, a bathroom. There is a porch with table and lavas under the stairs of the lavas. There is a separate rolling kitchen with a veranda and a fairy lawn with a hammock. Mrs. Oksana and Ms. Antonina are very friendly, always ready to help. From the hut in walking distance there is a river (2 min), grocery stores (5 min), bazaar (12 min), at 1.7 km there is a new post. We will definitely come back again, because of all the places we were in the Carpathians - this is the best.
