Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an absolutely amazing 5-day stay at the Blujam Villa! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The interiors were tastefully done, and the villa had a very relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway with friends. The private pool was a highlight – we ended up spending most of our time there just chilling and having fun. The location is also super convenient, close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife spots in North Goa, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and privacy. A big shoutout to our wonderful hosts, Raghva and Skand, who truly made our stay special. They were incredibly welcoming, always available. From smooth check-in to local tips and prompt support – they were exceptional. Highly recommend Blujam Villa if you're looking for a premium and comfortable stay in Goa. We'd love to come back again!

Casa Rebello is beautiful! The house itself is stunning, and the host and staff are kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was healthy and delicious. Anything we needed during our stay was provided to us promptly. After a day or evening out in Goa, returning to a quiet and secluded home is such a treat. I’m still thinking about the breeze in the courtyard and pool area — I wish I could have stayed longer!

We were a group of 9 and all had a wonderful stay at the property. All our needs were taken care of. The place was spotless, spacious, had a very nice pool with sunbeds, and very accessible to a bunch of nice spots in Vagator. The hosts were able to arrange scooter and car rentals, and taxis for us when we needed, so we really didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay. All in all, I would recommend this property as a great choice for slightly larger groups wanting to spend a few days in North Goa.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

We had an absolutely amazing stay, the caretaker and staff is great and flexible and easily available. The location is the best, we found most of our cafes, restaurants and lounges within 10-15 min drive. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth. I would definitely recommend staying here, I know I will be the next time I come to Goa!

Place was as pretty as the pictures were. The caretaker were helpful and always available. Felt just at home with very comfy stay. recommend this place to people looking for staycation. The road leading to villa is quite small and bumpy rest location is near to all the major spots in North Goa.

Mitu treated us like a friend from the day of booking. The property was easy to find and neat and clean. The host surprised us with Early Checkin & Late CheckOut during Monsoon season. She also tried to find cook for us since ours was a big group. Perfect for 6-8 people. We cooked maggi as well as made tea ourselves since the kitchen was equipped. Mobile network can be issue but they have good wifi around the property. Everyone loved the place and cleanliness. Thank you for making our stay memorable. 🙏

I’ve stayed here four times now, and each visit has been wonderful. The photos don’t do it justice—the property is even more impressive in person. The architecture is thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space. It’s always spotless, and the caretakers are incredibly helpful.

We stayed at this beautiful villa in Morjim for two nights to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The villa has stunning, spread-out outdoor spaces with open views that make it feel so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable—ideal for both kids and adults. A special shoutout to our host, Amrapali, who was personally present and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. She even arranged a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration even more special. We had a lovely time and would absolutely love to stay here again. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It came with a PS5, which was a great touch for entertainment, and everything in the villa was in perfect working condition. The villa had three spacious rooms and a beautiful, clean pool that we really enjoyed. A fun highlight was the pink unicorn float in the pool — a small detail that added charm to the overall vibe. There was also a backup generator, which came in handy when there was a power outage in the area. We never felt any inconvenience thanks to it. The staff was polite, helpful, and regularly came in to clean, ensuring the villa stayed spotless throughout our stay. The host was extremely responsive and communicative — any minor issue we had was resolved quickly and professionally. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort.

The caretakers are always ready to help with all that you require.. Ideally located from all places in goa, oxel house is a perfect getaway place for family holidays..

I had a great stay at the property. Nilesh is a great host, very helpful and clear in directions. The highlight for me was the outdoor pool and the views from the property. Would definitely recommend the stay to all!
