The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Welcome to La Petite Bret, a comfortable and charming house in the outbuildings of an 18th century property. You will enjoy the quietness of the countryside, just 1 km from the shops. A walk will take you to the Château de Villandry and you will enjoy many other tourist attractions offered by the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley: the famous castles, vineyards, historic districts and shopping in Tours, the Loire Valley cycling tour...

In the heart of the main Chateaux de la Loire, you can enjoy 4 spacious rooms and annexes located in an old mill located on 5ha of nature. The omnipresence of water, heated swimming pool (opening from 15/06 to 15/09) (pond, river, wash house...) will mark your stay in depth. The estate is perfect for families (with kids) and groups. Catering, picnic baskets, breakfasts possible by reservation. Organization of possible events.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The cottage is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors and another to the west, equipped with a garden lounge. You can enjoy the pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead-end street with no traffic. Ideal for rest!

The Secretariat

The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture. From 05/15 to 09/30, if weather conditions permit, you can enjoy the heated and secure pool. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. Gîte de La Huaudière

In the heart of Touraine, in the golden triangle of the Loire Castles, the cottage of La Huaudière is located at the end of a farmhouse on our property, adjoining the owners' residence. Comfortable and pleasant to live in, you will enjoy calm and nature.
