Newly renovated apartment in Lofoten

If you like amazing nature experiences, great mountains, proximity to forests and fields, this is the place for you. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a house with its own garden and gate right out into the forest/light trail. 5 min walk to mountain trail and swimming area in fresh water. You will have access to your own barbecue/dining area outside. The apartment is newly renovated and has its own space for car parking. In Stamsund you will find a shop, bakery and restaurant. The nearest town Leknes is 15 min away by car/bus.

Velkommen til Nusfjordveien 85. Huset har to etasjer og det er én leilighet i hver etasje. Du ser nå på annonsen for leiligheten i 2. etasje, dvs 1. floor. De to leilighetene har hver sin inngang. Du må gå opp en betongtrapp på utsiden av huset for å komme inn i 2. etasje. Feriehuset mitt ligger i et av Lofotens best bevarte fiskevær Nusfjord. Her er det ca. 10 fastboende, én landhandel med enkelte kolonialvarer og suvenirer, et bakeri, Oriana kro og Kafé/restaurant Karoline. @nusfjordveien_85

Hytta ligger fantastisk til midt i Lofoten. Det er 15 min. fra Leknes. Rask tilgang til flyplass, kjøpesenter, dagligvarer, restauranter, bensinstasjon og ladestasjon. Hytta ligger 15. min. fra Stamsund om du kommer med Hurtigruta. Henningsvær og Svolvær er under en times kjøretur. Til Golfbanen Lofoten Links ca. 25 min. Ved hytta finner du fantastiske turstier, og populære fjellturer. Direkte tilgang til spektakulær natur. Utsikten fra hytten er enestående, fjell og hav på alle sider.

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Bål sted i hagen og kort vei til fin badeplass(værforbehold). Les en bok, hvil i hengekøyen eller gå en tur i vakker natur. Mange fine turområder i gangavstand. Er det dårlig vær kan man lage god mat på et flott kjøkken, eller bare slappe av. Er på Gimsøy, 30 minutter til Svolvær og 45 minutter til Leknes. Gimsøy har en døgnåpen butikk, og Låven på Hov restaurant har god mat. Golfbane 15 minutter unna🤩
