My cottage is located in the middle of the fields on the edge of the Nuaillé-Chanteloup-Vezins forest, in an old renovated farmhouse. 5 minutes from a CHOLET shopping area, nearby - Puy du Fou Park, 29 km - Maulévrier Oriental Garden, 10 km - less than an hour's drive from Angers, Nantes, La Roche-sur-Yon, - and 1 hour 15 minutes from the seaside at Les Sables d'Olonne. You'll love my place for its tranquility, for couples and families (with kids).

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
