When we are on vacation, we want to get out of our daily routine and be able to see other places. My house is inserted in a rural space with several places of interest such as the PINCHO waterfall, THE MONASTERY OF S. JOÃO D'ARGA and the mountains, here you will find the peace you need with all the amenities, and if you want to get to know the area, there are several cities and towns nearby.

Recently rehabilitated villa in Areosa, between the national road and the sea. The villa has, on the ground floor, a large living room, kitchen and bathroom service and, on the first floor, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 1 suite (with private bathroom) and 1 bathroom. The house has lawn garden, and next to the house passes the public track of pedestrians and cyclists that connects downtown to the beaches of Carreço and Afife. It is located 400m from the sea and a few minutes from the city center (Viana).
