Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Victoria Park

Wonderful homestay, clean, well equipped and spacious. The only drawback is the toilet door lock, not functioning. The rest are wonderful.

We had a wonderful 8-day stay at this Airbnb in Perth! The house was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The home itself is beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view from the second floor — absolutely breathtaking! The host was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Perth!

Jenny's place was cozy and well equipped with a wide variety of amenities, which made us feel right at home. She was also very responsive to our inquiries and prompt to pop by with anything we needed. Grateful for the portable heater she sent over and the step stools for my kid.

Simply great :) A home that was perfect for 6 adults and 2 babies. The home was a unique design and had comfortable beds and furniture. Backyard is brilliant for your own BBQ. The kitchen is so well kitted that you won't need to eat out much but with all the recommendations given, you would be crazy not to explore especially when there is a mini-CBD just next to your airbnb. A few things to be prepared for; yes it is only 1 bathroom but we know we can make it work. Host may consider ways to improve the water pressure and alternative heating. I will say the warmest room in the house to stay warm is their living room, the heater was really good. Anyway, very little issues. on top of all that, May was very communicating even bought portable heaters when we needed more heating. May is very friendly, rest assured you can ask for anything and she will do her best to help.

It was a great days of stay with May's home! She was accommodating to our early check in request as our flight arrives early morning. I appreciate her understanding. Place was convenient to albany hwy(halal food), close to carousel Westfield as well - for driving! Definitely will return if i come bck 😊

The accommodation was lovely. The house felt just like home. We can see that May is a very meticulous host in the details she has put in to make us feel comfortable. She was also very responsive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the few days we stayed in the accommodation.

My family and I booked this airbnb t stay at Perth , it was fantastic with walking distance to Coles and Kmart. Parking was easy and Thomas replied really fast to our request and attend to it asap. Thanks Thomas ! Place was great with bbq pit , clean, and fully stocked utensils. Thanks for the welcome drink too 🍷

We loved Linda's place. We stayed for a week while our home underwent some renovations. We walked to the grocery store, the bus and river. It was super easy to get around, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

Little space but have everything we need, very thankful for the wine and snacks! Location is good, will be back again next time when i'm in Perth.

We stayed with Katie for the last leg of our Perth trip. Had some trouble finding the access cause it was through a small road at the back but after we found it, it was all good and easy. Access to the accommodation is through the garage which you can choose to park your car inside too. The living area is sufficient for a couple, and we love how everything is just there. Katie has also provided lots of snacks and amenities to make us feel at home. She is always responsive through the chat, always appreciate it. Definitely worth considering if you are looking for a cozy place!

Mayumi’s place was perfect for exploring Perth city, just an overhead bridge away from the city centre. Great that we also had a parking lot for the rental car. All the snacks came in really handy when we arrived on the evening of a public holiday (we didn’t know) and many shops/restaurants were closed. The exterior of the apartment wasn’t too appealing but all good and cozy once inside.

A really nice host! Very responsive and friendly. Can fulfille all our needs very instantly! Really enjoy our stay here!

The house was super easy to find, nice and clean. well equipped kitchen was a massive bonus too. Rami made sure the whole check in and out was easy, definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the city 🙏🏻

We had a truly wonderful stay at Brad’s apartment and would absolutely love to return in the future. The place was not only clean and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full set of kitchen appliances. The coffee machine was an especially nice bonus that made our mornings even better. My two kids adored the apartment—they felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This small and cosy studio was our beautiful oasis for 3 nights. I absolutely enjoyed the peaceful surroundings of the neighbourhood. I am grateful for Pia and Paul’s hospitality, ensuring we were given privacy during our stay. Communication was great and open. We received clear instructions supplied by a helpful booklet touching base on everything we needed to know about the studio and even close by restaurants. We also enjoyed the complementary chocolates left for us. We highly recommend this studio and would love to stay again. Thank you Pia and Paul!

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made it so easy to relax. The space felt so homely and welcoming, you can really tell that care has gone into every detail. The location is fantastic too, close to everything but tucked away just enough to feel like a little retreat. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Outstanding! By far the best Airbnb I have stayed at in Perth! Everything you could possibly need. Bright and spacious - very cosy even with a 4 degree morning this morning - whisper quiet at night . Secure undercover parking - I loved it so much I didn’t want to leave ! I will definitely be back!

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!
