Comfortable self contained 450 sq ft master suite. Very quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to the London Bridge and lake. There is a 700 square-foot private patio with a chained link fence and stop gates that can be closed to contain dogs. There is a barbecue provided on the patio as well! Matt’s place was a very convenient, cozy, clean and comfortable location. It had everything we needed and everything was very nice which made our stay very enjoyable. Matt was also very communicative and let us know before our stay that work was going to be done on the property in case we wanted to find a different place.

We had an amazing experience staying at Monica’s home! The house is very clean, spacious, well-decorated, with many thoughtful touches and useful amenities. There’s tons of things in there for everyone to enjoy. The house is located in a very convenient area with many restaurants, attractions and activities nearby. The check in process was very straightforward and flexible, Monica was even kind enough to let us check in slightly earlier! Overall she is a great and helpful host with unmatched hospitality. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Lake Havasu and looking for a pleasant experience. Thank you Monica for hosting us, we look forward to booking with you again in the future!

Impeccably clean, well stocked with necessities- kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms- did I mention the cleanliness😊 the pantry made my heart soar! I have to mention the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Plenty of comfy soft linens, towels- felt like home when walked in. Pictures are exactly what the home looks like. Beautiful pool, comfy couch-I would rate this place a solid 10. I could go on and on - stunning. absolutely a beautiful home, plenty of space for all 8 of us….definitely will stay again and I would highly recommend this home to others. There was an issue with the internet - texted Sean and within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem (power outage) and talked us through getting back online- extremely responsive and courteous.

Erika's studio is the perfect place to stay in Parker! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The place was spotless and incredibly comfortable. I felt exceptionally safe and was provided everything I needed thanks to the spectacular host! Highly recommend this place, especially if you are traveling for work like me. Everything is close by (a quick drive) from groceries, to the lookout points, and the hospital. Thank you Erika for letting me stay and making my first trip to Parker such a positive experience!

Staying in Pamela's home was a wonderful experience. She was very responsive to any questions, made lots of suggestions for things for us to do, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We definitely want to rebook and stay for a longer period of time.
