Two-bedroom apartment on the shore with an amazing ocean view. 2 minute walk from the beach. Great spots for surf. The social area is really pleasant and the terrace has a perfect southwest orientation to enjoy sunny days and an amazing sea breeze. Moonlight also worthy! Located in a very quiet area but close to restaurants, market and cafés. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic cooker, electric oven, microwave, dish washer, Coffee machine, toaster and a washing machine.

Its not necessary to go on a big journey out of Lisbon to get to a rural house made of stone in a calm and relaxing area. Located 1:20h away from Lisbon in a rural village called Venda Nova, however it is located just 8Km away from Nazaré and 5km from São Martinho do Porto the main cities around.You can go on foot from the house down to the beach of the Salgados and in the region it is common to see people doing Parasailing, Surfing and other adventure sports.

Abrigo do Moleiro

Classified as a national monument, this emblematic Peniche windmill over the decades since 1895 for agricultural and industrial use. Currently, completely renovated and known as “Abrigo do Moleiro,” it is a welcoming space for tourists from all over the world, providing unique memories to those who stay overnight. Moinho 98 is also an ideal base for surfers looking to catch the best waves in the world!

The apartment is located 100m from the beach. Our apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals during your stay. Dishwasher and laundry machine are also provided (as well as respective washing powders). Praia do Pedrógão is a fishermen village, fish can be bought directly from beach. Nearby beaches may be explored by bike using cycling routes (you can rent it at the bakery!) Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.

The Blue Studio - AZUL

This studio is housed in an old house recovered in 2005. There are 3 studios distinguished by 3 colors: Blue, Green and Yellow. This is the Blue Studio with an extraordinary view of the Atlantic Ocean with the waves crashing right at your feet. Decorated simply but with everything you need for your stay. It has a double bed but can be prepared for two singles. It's the smallest of our studios. Perfect for 2 people.

Big sunny L shaped terrace, south and west orientation. More than 180º of ocean views, less than 1 minute to the water. 6km from Peniche center. Restaurants and grocery stores close by.

Friend's House

Located in heart of Serra da Lousã, in a small village of Shale, very quiet, with a prime location; next to six similar villages and the Castle of Lousã, accessible by car or pedestrian path. It is a rustic house restored, with walls of schist inside and outside, comfortable and allows to enjoy stunning views from a large terrace and living room.
