Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

The upper floor has a living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen and an exterior. You will appreciate, among other things, free parking nearby, garden, Wi-Fi network, TV...

Optimized quiet accommodation, enjoy the terrace overlooking the fields, interior with reversible air conditioning. You are about 1 hour from: Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle. Parthenay our "little Carcassonne", pretty medieval town, but also its Game Festival in July, great cavalcade for the weekend of Pentecost, a long greenway for hiking or cycling. My garden and terrace are at your disposal, pets on site 2 cats and a dog.

This is a unique experience that awaits you at La Grange des Rocs: you sleep without doors or interior partitions with delicious contemporary comfort! In the middle of the countryside, enjoy a private outdoor pool, a fenced garden on 8000m2. The owner lives in the main house, with her dog and 2 cats. All pets are welcome here! The barn is adjoining the sheepfold, another independent AirBnB for two, La Petite Escale.

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).
