After traversing the length and breadth of Vietnam for 4.5 weeks, I am so pleased to say this was the most peaceful place I stayed. No traffic, no screaming kids, no karaoke, no construction- just peace. Arriving at Jungle Cottage felt like taking off a pair of tight shoes after a long hike. Chatting to Mike on the terrace, listening to the rain, drinking (complimentary) wine may well be one of the highlights of my trip. If you want to while away the hours with conversations meandering from Lao history, Hong Kong nightlife, ceramics, Cherie Booth, Winnie the Pooh, and everything in between, you’ve come to the right place. We had a wonderful stay at Lao Lake House! With a large group (27 people including children) the house and grounds were spacious and allowed us to be together but not be cramped. Everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Dene communicated with us so well and was accessible and helpful from the beginning to end of our booking. The grounds are beautiful and the setting a quiet and peaceful. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend you booking this place for gatherings with friends, co-workers, and family!

The Puppy God will guide you in the right direction❤️❤️🐶🐶❤️❤️ This is the most romantic place in town. The puppies will protect you. Because the Puppy God blesses this place.

The home is SO peaceful, clean, comfortable and spacious! We love the big yard, patio area and front yard. Great places to spend time being present with life and nature. The house also has all the appliances you need for a long stay 😊 we love it here! We’re also able to get a lot of work done with the wifi speed. Video Conferencing with our team is great. Easy and fast to get rideshare pick ups like Xanh or Loca here. Doi Doi is so lovely and pleasant! She is willing to accommodate her guest’s needs and so quickly to respond. They have such an efficient cleaning team who comes in to clean so quickly and does such a great job! Overall such a great stay!

Great home in Vientiane. The host was great and the home was great. there is a cheap restaurant right outside where we've every meal was around $1 USD. right round the corner are tons of restaurants and other interesting locations.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Because of the excellent hosts everything was very easy. The location and the apartment were very good and communication with the hosts was perfect. Even when I already left the airbnb to go to Thailand their service went on: I accidentally left some important documents and was able to retrieve them quickly. Thank you for making my first stay in Lao amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was quiet but there are also lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Would recommend!

Our family frequently passes through Vientiane for a night or two. This house was just perfect for a good night's sleep before continuing our travels the next morning. A quiet alley, clean beds, great restaurants just a five minute walk away, and we couldn't beat the value!

Awesome people, super helpful and Tom is an Aussie so you can ask him anything as he obviously speaks English and he’s keen to help. Legends, would stay again when back in Vientiane.

I love this place. The room is clean and it has a balcony. you can sit on the balcony and watch the clouds. They also have a big fridge. The location is great. It is also close to many popular restaurants like a smash burger place, PDR pizza, wind west bar, and several coffee shops where local people go to. I initially booked the apartment for only two nights but eventually extended my stay for one more week.

房东是一位美女，热情好客。 首先，房子地理位置优越，位于繁华的街区，吃饭、按摩、逛街，都在步行范围之内； 其次，房间干净整洁，尤其是二楼的房间，非常大，里面厨房、餐具、洗漱用品，都很贴心的提供。 再有，入住时间灵活，第一天，房东就让我提前入住了，正好在房间遇到她，非常感谢。 需要注意的是，房间下面的一楼是酒吧，如果喜欢安静的话，还是要慎选。但如果喜欢去酒吧的，这肯定是你的不二之选。

Le mobilier est de bon goût, au 6eme étage, vue dégagée et très calme, les commerces nombreux et proches et l'accueil au RDC très efficaces en cas de besoin.
