Charming house in Tours, 2 steps from the banks of the Loire, 5 minutes from the center, 2 minutes from the highway, 5 minutes from the airport, easy access. It will allow you to enjoy the city while being in the countryside because the 1000 m2 garden is very landscaped and flowery during the beautiful seasons. The house is very nice, of reasonable size, it can accommodate 5 people with its two independent bedrooms, as well as its two shower rooms. Wifi is not possible but the network is ok.

Ideal base also for cycling the Loire: I have a secure bicycle storage room. Bedroom 1 overlooks an inner courtyard, the living room and kitchen overlook Rue Colbert and bedroom 2 overlooks a small street, my apartment being a corner apartment.
