Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

We had an amazing stay at this home. We stayed with my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and the space was perfect for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit—great for relaxing and letting the kids burn off some energy. Inside, there were tons of games that kept everyone entertained, and the massive TV made for awesome movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to hang out together while still having our own space. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly spot in a great location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Our group of friends gathered here for a four-day bachelorette party and had an amazing time. The space was spacious and perfect for hosting a cozy dinner and home party. Communication with the host was seamless, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was close to the airport and ktown!

The home was a perfect getaway with the open floor plan, views, & the back yard. The hosts were very responsive & answered any questions I had right away. The neighborhood was very quiet & the driveway that led right up to the front door was perfect for private easy access in and out. I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely recommend it.

The home was well appointed, peaceful, and beautiful. There were really beautiful touches (bottle of wine, water in the fridge) that made us feel even more welcome and comfortable. The location was perfect - super quiet, yet a short car ride to wonderful shops, restaurants, and sights. This will be my preferred place to stay anytime I'm in LA.

For what I needed, it was great. The place was really clean and large. Instructions were really clear and Leon was very communicative and responsive. I am familiar with the area so was ok with location. It’s close access to places but if you are looking for walkability it’s not the neighborhood for you. That being said I would stay there again as it worked for my needs.

Great place to say for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect distance away from Sofi Stadium. Went to a concert and it only took us 15mins to get back with traffic. The place is really nice and well kept.

This is how I like living beautiful everything i needed so I didn't have to leave the area to get it I am from LA it's a getaway without leaving the city.

Very nice and comfortable home will stay again

Jason is an incredible host! The check-in process was very easy. The location was easy to find and is in a lovely neighborhood, and is pretty well located. We came to LA to see a concert at SoFi, which wasn’t too far, and we had a lot of activities like going to the beach and visiting some family. The house itself is cute, and the inside is very clean and well put together. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making this place as homey, lovely, and convenient as possible. There are many amenities, more than you can even tell from photos. The home has towels, extra blankets, laundry baskets, extension cords, regular toiletries (like shampoo, conditioner, body wash) as well as lotion, Q-tips, first aid kits, and some ladies essentials. In the kitchen there’s teas, stuff for coffee, and pretty much all kitchen essentials. We brought so much but didn’t end up needing as much, because they thought to make our stay so much easier. Jason and family, thank you for the lovely stay!

Beautiful & Comfortable! Mirrors a model home. Each room has its touch of thoughtfulness. The kitchen fully equipped to prepare meals, a variety of Keurig coffee & tea flavors to get your morning started. Sweet Sweet location! Just around the corner from the Sofi Stadium, and Intuit Stadium, the 105 and 405 freeway, grocery stores, drugstores, the beach, LAX airport, and Westfield Mall. Queen bed super comfortable, and I so appreciated the washer and dryer. Also fully equipped with detergent and softener 👍 The living room area with the sofa and flatscreen set up so nicely. What a wonderful studio home 🌟. Yes, I would certainly recommend 10 out of 10 stars.

Rose Ann’s place was just as described. It’s got privacy if that’s what you want but also can be opened up to the beautiful back yard and patio by the pool. Very nice place

We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (just some noise in mornings from bin collection), but still close to Beverly Hills, etc. The place was spotless, and hosts were responsive.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The backyard was especially nice for bbq’ing and connecting with family. Everything looked was as nice as advertised. The park nearby is great for fun activities. We would definitely stay again.

Irina's home was spacious, clean, up to date and very comfortable. Whenever we had a question, it was a quick response with a solution. If ever back in the area, we will attempt to book again!!!
