Accès au jardin privatif ( table,barbecue..) aucun vis a vis. Situation privilégiée proche du centre du village, accès aux commerces à pied. Accès aux lacs de laffrey (25 min), Monteynard (21 min) et aux stations de ski ( Gresse en Vercors, Chamrousse..)

La maison est un vieux corps de ferme typique du Trièves, tout juste rénové, avec 3 grandes chambres donc une avec douche privative , le linge de lits et de toilette sont fournis, cuisine tout équipée , 1 salle de bain, 2 toilettes, 1 séjour avec poêle à bois, tv et internet.Parking privé. Grand terrain attenant avec un joli four à pain (non utilisable) . A 2km du centre de mens. Pour la période de juillet /août les réservations ce font uniquement à la semaine du samedi au samedi.petit ruisseau
