Nabohyttene, nr 17 og nr 19, kan òg leies om man er en vennegjeng eller flere familier. Båt med motor kan leies mot et lite tillegg. Hytta ligger 12 km fra handelssenteret Sogndal, 26 km fra Sogndal lufthavn Haukåsen og 23 km fra Sogndal skisenter Hodlekve. Fra Sogndal(12km) og Leikanger(7km) går det hurtigbåt daglig til og fra Bergen.

The house is protected and is built in 1891 as a town hall and bank, but contains a small architectural office, designer studios and a few apartments.
