Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. The apartment is located by Osterfjorden. There is a dock on the property. Lush nature on all sides. Bathing right beside the sea. Good hiking opportunities in forests and mountains in the immediate area. It is 1.5 hours by car to Bergen - 1 hour to Voss and Stølsheimen hiking area. Or just relax on the patio. Chairs, table, pillows osb are provided. Great with sun. Small boat engine (outboard) can be rented for fishing / hiking on the fjord. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a dining area with a fjord view. Out on the balcony one can enjoy panoramic fjord views and listen to the wind or the birds. Above the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is wonderful to sit to take in the surroundings and feel the calm. There are also great hiking trails close by.
