Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Apartment of 90 sqm in newly built semi-detached house 2022 with lovely views of Åresjön and the reindeer mountain in the straight south facing at the back. View over Åreskutan in the front. Located in a quiet residential area at the end of a street with parking outside the house. 15 minute walk to Tottliften, to the square and train station. Direct connection to totthummel with nice hiking and biking trails. (the water hose for flushing bicycles is at the house).

Absolutely amazing accommodation! Super fresh and tastefully decorated apartment, well equipped with everything that may be needed (including small things that facilitate tremendously such as salt and pepper, olive oil, apron, plastic wrap...). Host couple Greger and Lena were hugely nice, helpful and responded quickly to any conceivable questions both about accommodation and about skiing. We felt incredibly nicely welcomed with noise from their bakery, handwritten welcome note and personal visit from the host couple. Luxurious with breakfast at the bakery a few hundred meters from the apartment. One of the best spaces we've ever rented!

Beautiful view, great location. Easy to get to and from town via Bergbana and ski in/out to the lift 30m from the building. Only down side is there's no microwave or oven, only a stovetop.
