Central but quiet. Possibility to park three cars on the property.

To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. Well-connected to Oslos city centre by metro, bus (20 min) or car. Huge living room, modern kitchen with big fridge, three bedrooms with double beds, newly renovated bathrooms (two showers) and space balcony with view of lakes and the city. The forest is virtually next door. There is an elevator to the metro (!).

This apartment was an old factory, rebuilt in 2020 and has a 4-meter ceiling (13 feet). Everything you need is in this cozy and cool small big place. The living room is equipped with a projector that projects straight onto the big white wall, and with the connected Chromecast, you can transform the room into a cinema. The big window has automatic blinds that go up and down as you please. There is a big shower, and the kitchen has a wine cooler.
