Knausen is located in the countryside on peaceful Østhusvik with sea views, walking distance to the swimming area, shop, hiking areas, boat harbor, Rennesøyhodnet, etc. There is outdoor area around the entire cabin where you can play ball games and activities or sit down on one of the terraces. In the living room there is air conditioning, wood-burning stove, sofa, armchairs and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen Bathroom with shower, toilet and sauna. 3 bedrooms. Parking for 2 cars. Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Nydelige omgivelser, nær sjøen. 750 meter til buss-stopp (like utenfor på dagtid), 550 meter til Sokn camping med kiosk og restaurant torsdag - søndag. 1,6 km til dagligvarebutikk, pizza utsalg, is-kiosk og thai-takeaway. Lekeplass i nabolaget. To soverom - ett med dobbeltseng og ett med 1.20 seng. Sokn er en øy som er tilknyttet Fastlandet med undersjøisk tunnel. Ca 20 minutt kjøretur til Stavanger sentrum.

Gamlahuset by the sea - close to Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" fra cirka 1880 leies ut. Huset ligger på et lite gårdstun i Gardsvågen på Talgje, 100 meter fra sjøen. Her er det badestrand, og det går turløyper rundt nesten hele øya. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det også muligheter for frisbeegolf og badstuutleige (Anker Gaard) og det er sandvolleyballbane 1 km fra huset.

There is a large bedroom where you can lie in bed and look straight at sea. The apartment is completely secluded with the sea, the free area and the sea bath as the nearest neighbor. Tananger is about 10 km from Sola airport and Stavanger. Very good bus connection.

If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the dock. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has 5 km of hiking trail.
