Bring the whole family to this great place with plenty of room to have fun. Located in the picturesque village of Matagosa, next to the Zêzere River. Vila T2 Joaquim da Mota is composed of two floors. On the first floor, we find a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub. The downstairs consists of a kitchen with access to a private terrace, a social bathroom, a pantry and a living room also with access to the private terrace.

Riu's House

Riu's house, once a tavern, is located on the original N2 route and is over 70 years old. It is composed of two floors connected by a narrow staircase. Downstairs we find two bedrooms, the bathroom, the living room and the kitchen. On the first floor, two double bedrooms and a hall with direct access to the outside! It has a terrace where you can enjoy outdoor dining, a large garden area, and in the highest area of the property is the swimming pool and a leisure area with lawn.

Exactly with this thought, we went in search of such a place in 2022 and found it here. A small typical village in the center of Portugal, without hectic, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, where you can just BE. But also with great river beaches, wakeboarding, kayaking, jet skiing, etc.. , etc.

The apartment is located along the River Zêzere and inserted in a very quiet area. Ideal for seeking moments of peace and quiet while enjoying a wonderful landscape. The proximity to the village of Ferreira do Zêzere allows you to get to know its beauty and its charms. It is thirty minutes from the Templar city, Tomar, and forty-five minutes from Fatima, a religious and pilgrimage center, and an hour and a half from Lisbon.
