Apartment holiday rentals in Vila Franca do Campo

By far the best accommodation in the Azores we had. The place is just perfect! There were treats and water to welcome us, the apartment is sparkling clean and, I was really afraid, absolutely dry and fragrant due to a permanently operated dehumidifier! The apartment is, as some have said, not huge, but you can see that in the pictures and it was absolutely sufficient for the two of us. The kitchen was also good and we were able to provide ourselves with delicious food. The location is perfect for exploring the island. If we are in São Miguel again, we will definitely come back. Thank you for having us here!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean. High quality kitchen and equipment, and furnishings. Very close to town, supermarkets etc. Less than 10 minutes walk to a lovely beach. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We were welcomed in person, and there were some treats to enjoy, which was very thoughtful. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location was great, and we were easily able to walk around town. We also had an easy time finding parking on the street behind the apartment. Miguel and Pedro were lovely hosts. They were communicative and always quick to respond. We would recommend this apartment and will stay here again if we visit again.

The house is well located, close to supermarkets and anywhere on the island. We traveled with a baby and everything was adequate, they provided a crib and high chair for him. It had a garden where we could enjoy. The area was quiet, although the lower part of the neighborhood is somewhat hostile, but since we were driving it was not a problem. Also, something to note is that there is no microwave or gel. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Very good house, well located, with access close to home to get to Ponta Delgada quickly. Casa super equipped, in addition to everyday utensils, also has supplies/condiments useful for the first meals. Very helpful, accessible and responsive hosts before and during the stay.

One of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Spotless, spectacular views, central on harbor, small grocery shop two doors down. This high rise property is a rarity in Ponta Delgada The apartment is lovely, with every convenience considered, from sewing kits to notepads tucked into bedside drawers, chargers, umbrellas, games, music, the list goes on. Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of high quality cookware, plus cooking oil + basics like sugar + rice. Laundry works well. Parking included. Bruno is responsive and knowledgeable. He had great tips for the Azores. We did a family vacation with lots of hikes, surfing, hot springs etc. Would absolutely return.

Immaculate and great location in Furnas. Clean, comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. The location was amazing just a block from Parque Terra Nostra. The Caldeiras are on the other side of town, a 10-15 minute walk. Ample street parking a short distance from the apartment. We found the washer/dryer useful. The best part for me was how quiet the penthouse was. It is on a main street, but the place is in the back of the building, and we never heard street noise or neighbors. This was my favorite place of the 3 we stayed at in Portugal, but it was my wife's second favorite, as it was smaller than the others and she found it a bit cramped.

I had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was great with an amazing view the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free Airbnb experience!

The accommodation was impeccably clean and in a comfortable and cozy decoration. The welcome basket with regional products was a very thoughtful gesture by hosts. The house has excellent soundproofing, which provides a peaceful rest. It is very well equipped, with plenty of utensils available. I highly recommend this site and will undoubtedly return at the next opportunity.

Apartment is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. Absolutely the best location we could have asked for for a few days in the city. The host coordinated a taxi pickup for us after we checked in, which was much appreciated as we were unsure which taxi company to use (and there is no Uber on the island). Only feedback is that they use a management company and ask that you communicate via whats app for quicker response. Not a huge fan of communication outside of the Airbnb app, and response time can vary. The apartment was beautiful, in a great spot, and checkout was easy. Would stay there again.

Jackie's place exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean with an exceptional view with daily sunsets. We even got to watch a surfing competition from our living room. Jackie is very responsive and non intrusive and gave us some excellent dining and other recommendations.

After many years of using vacation apartments, this vacation apartment has made a particularly positive impression. The owners have gone to great lengths to let the love of detail unfold. We felt very well taken care of here and have to say that it was really one of the best apartments we have ever been allowed to visit. The use of the garden was really a dream and the view was gigantic. The apartment's furnishings were equally exceptional. There was everything you need for cooking. I can only recommend everyone to get an idea of the place for themselves and to book this apartment. At this point, we would like to thank the landlords once again for their extraordinarily generous hospitality.

Loved it!! Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the mountains and the ocean. Very clean and well equipped — even the pans were like new, which was a nice surprise! Perfect for our stay with two young children. An easy choice we highly recommend.

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

The apartment is beautiful, it is attached to their house but you have a section of farm that seems like it is all to yourselves. The fresh vegetables and fruit were delicious, it is located so central you can go to either end of the island easily. The restaurant was incredible!

André was very helpful from beginning to the end of our stay. Always available if any help or advice was needed. Extremely friendly in communication and checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. Amazing experience and great location. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of an adventurous day! I recommend to anybody looking for a great experience and central location while in Sao Miguel!

Really can’t say enough positive things about this spot. Excellent location right in the heart of Ponta Delgada, walkable to everything. Clean, modern, well lit space with all the amenities, even a curated wine selection. Honestly one of the nicest AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in and perfect for our family of 5’s stay on Sao Miguel.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very close to a popular surf spot, it's just 1 minute walk. The apartment is very modern and having the jakuzi on the terrace was a nice experience. The communication with Ryan was very fast, when there was a problem, he helped immediately.

Bruno was very attentive and warm. As for the apartment, it's just perfect.
