In the best area of Gesell, 180 meters with wifi, cable, a/c, monitored alarm, safe, perimeter lights and electric gates, large fenced garden. 2 bedrooms with 2-person sommiers, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, sofa bed in the study and in the living room 2-person sofa bed and 1-person bed. The villa is good for couples, adventurers (because you have the forest in front), families with children, large groups and pets of any size. With all the comfort and warmth of home.

Excellent two-story oceanfront house, 210 m2 covered, very well heated + large roofed quincho with grill and 500m2 park, car storage space for 2 cars, fireplace, large integrated kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 external for after the beach. Automated external lights and irrigation. Alarm. A quiet place on the corner, to enjoy a large space and disconnect from the stress of the city.
