Studio de charme en plein cœur de la vieille ville, à côté de la Cathédrale, idéal pour un séjour touristique en couple ou professionnel. Proche toutes commodités et transports, nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité, parfait pour profiter pleinement de toutes les attractions de Metz. Excellents lit et matelas neufs 140 installés en juin 2026. Au 4ème étage sans ascenseur mais c’est bon pour les jambes et le coeur ! Attention, pas de climatisation mais un très bon ventilateur.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former private mansion, quiet, garden side. We offer a bedroom + private bathroom + living room (large TV Netflix) with direct access to the garden. Our family lives just above. You can have breakfast with homemade jams on the terrace or in the living room adjoining the bedroom. We are close to the faculty, the lake, the Opera, the pedestrian center and the cathedral. Many shops, restaurants 2 steps away.
