Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Villa María del Triunfo

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

Mikel was a great host with prompt response to all of our inquiries, he was even able to procur a last minute parking spot for our group. The apartment has a great views of the coast, and the building has great amenities.

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Wonderful cozy apartment with a comfortable queen size bed, located in a great walkable area with many restaurants and a large mall within 2-3 blocks. I would Highly recommend this apartment. It is absolutely perfect for 2! Pedro was a great communicator ensuring all of our needs and expectations were met. Don’t pass this one up if you’re planning a stay in Miraflores!

This is probably one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! I would 100% book it again. I felt safe in the neighborhood. It’s walkable to Larcomar, restaurants/cafes, and parks. The place is exactly as described but somehow even better in real life! I appreciate how responsive Megan and Alfonso as well.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

My stay was excellent. The place is very comfortable, clean, nice and quiet, as seen in the photos or better. Communication with the host was very cordial and clear, always willing to help and explain everything necessary. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

Excellent place, many places to visit nearby, it has the basics and I think it's a very comfortable place for a group of several people. I would definitely come back.

We really liked staying in Luis's apartment, he and his team are super attentive , they respond very quickly to any questions. The super quiet area . Many places to walk . Very good restaurants in all the surroundings. The condominium staff is also super attentive. I would definitely recommend it at your stay in Lima . Thank you ☺️

Antonio hosts a super nice apartment, very nicely furnished living room, spacious master bath, everything in top condition. The building has 24 hr portaria, and is located at a green plaza. I will be back soon.

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.

Ricardo's accommodation is fully equipped for short and long stays, and it also has a very nice decoration. It has a heater to keep you warm during the cold winter nights and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare any dish. The washer-dryer is very useful for having all your clothes clean quickly. The subway station is in front and a couple of blocks away from the initial stop of the blue corridor, which facilitates transport through the city. A few steps away there are restaurants serving grilled meat and chicken. In addition, on the corner of the avenue there is a supermarket and pharmacies. The accommodation is undoubtedly in a very strategic location in Barranco. We wish to comeback soon 😊

Wonderful stay - highly recommend. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The home is gorgeous and located in a perfect area in miraflores. There’s a nice big pool on the rooftop, which is very quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful as well, and I would absolutely come back and stay here again!
