Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa Nueva

The place is very central and everything was perfect in the apartment, excellent

Everything was great in the stay, the studio was very comfortable. Only the location is a little farther than I thought, not recommended for a woman alone at night. Preferable to get around during the day. It's over the street and there are some noises or chats that feel like they are next to one. This was still clarified in the listing. It would be nice to add an extra blanket or duvet.

This stay was amazing! Beautiful surroundings and such a private, peaceful location. Jose was so helpful / friendly and always responsive to anything we needed - it made our stay stress free! There is a restaurant with an amazing view a couple minutes down the street (Cerro San Cristobal) that I would definitely recommend checking out. I would highly recommend staying here!

Ingrid's place for us was perfect. We appreciate the attention to details. The amenities were great for our needs. The available parking in the building was a plus. Thank you for a great stay.

the Host, the guard (Vidal) were such a pleasure and always were ready to help and answered immediately. So far one of my favorite spots, mainly customer service (don't see that much anymore). The view was incredible and walking to cayala wasn't too bad even while pushing a baby in a stroller! Ice cold AC! Drier and washer!!! spectacular!!!

Nice flat. I liked the environment very much. The innergarden is very clean and the neighbours are kind. There is also a large supermarket in walking distance.

Everything was as it was in the photos, communication with the host was excellent, we were delighted with the apartment, it is definitely a place we would return to!

We had a great experience in this home. The host was very friendly, always attentive, and responded quickly to our messages. He was very flexible with check-in times, which we really appreciated. The place was immaculately clean, felt safe and the weather was very nice. In addition, the location is quite central and we stayed perfect to attend the event we were going to in Jardines and Terra Bella event. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A great place to stay! Within walking distance to the grocery store. It is in a private neighborhood. The place is clean, pretty, and has everything you need!

A good place for what we need

This place was amazing, beautiful suite. I would def come back and rebook with Rebecca. The rooftop balcony was amazing and the place felt safe with lots of greenery inside out. Mirna the local host welcomed us and recommended us to a variety of restaurants and activities. Rebecca is fortunate to have Mirna as her local host. Thank you for sharing your home

It's a too cute house and with a lot of detail and comfort in each room. Everything was excellent!! L to the attention of Teodoro and Almita during our stay 100 points were too friendly and attentive to everything. Ana also collaborated with everything before and throughout our stay. The best of the best, we will definitely go in future opportunities!!

Our stay in the apartment was quite comfortable. The view from the window is great. Everything you need is there. Communicating with the hosts was easy.
