This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

In the heart of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, our house has everything you were looking for. Bright and equipped with 3 bedrooms, garage, living room with sofa, full kitchen, 1 bathroom with whirlpool and a toilet. Grill, jacuzzi (6 people) on the terrace, gazebo, grand piano, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi. Meters from downtown Villa Urquiza. Access to the Subte (metro) and various means of transportation that connect to the entire city. 15 minutes from Palermo and Recoleta.

Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. A very safe area :) The apartment is very quiet, comfortable and very nice!!!! Welcome :)
