Great location, steps away from theaters, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the Subte. Super clean and with an incredible view to the obelisk. Could be a little noisy at heavy traffic hours.

Everything in the room is brand new, the apartment is beautifully decorated, the view from the balcony is beautiful, and the bedding is comfortable.Everything was perfect except that the washing machine in the building couldn't be used on the day we arrived (we finally solved the problem at the nearby laundry shop)!

Very nice apartment. With many details that make it quite warm. For example, he had laundry soap, oil, salt, yerba, coffee, and even a complimentary beer. All the basic things you may need for a comfortable stay. And I love the area, it's a good neighborhood, and it has everything. Impeccable communication, very attentive to everything. Amazing place! Can’t describe how beautiful the view was from the apartment! Clean apartment and in a very safe area. Restaurants right around the corner. I needed a pharmacy and it was 2 blocks away. Quiet area , we got great sleep. Casa Rosada, San Telmo and other areas were within walking distance. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent! We loved the stay, we went to a concert at the Movistar Arena, very close. In the area, you have everything, to highlight the quick response. My check-in was at 3:00 pm and they let me leave my bags earlier, the security of both the cleaning lady and the place. The hostess is very honest. To highlight if you are an athlete or like to train, the gym is amazing and the playground it has, to have fun with your partner or your children. It also has laundry. I would definitely go back to that place. Thank you for your attention and sharing your place with us. 10/10

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responding promptly.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.
