Haus Alpenglück was originally built 180 years ago as a farmhouse. Today it is a family home with a self contained apartment for visitors. Newly renovated apartment with dining area (& tv), kitchen, bedroom sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children + infant cot on request) and a shower room. There is a shared terrace and large garden. Free on-site parking & WiFi. Please note: a tourist tax is paid per adult over the age of 16yrs. Not able to accommodate pets.

This accommodation serves as the perfect starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities, with mountain bikers particularly benefiting from the diverse trail offerings.

Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

The flat is located with direct lake access on Lake Ossiach, just 4 km from the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn car park (Kanzelplatz 2, 9520 Annenheim) and 6.6 km from the centre of Villach (main railway station). On 55m² you will find a bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a 20m² terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Alpe. The flat is suitable for up to 4 people and invites you to relax or enjoy an active holiday.

In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

In our penthouse, newly built in 2022, modern and built in ecological style, you will surely feel comfortable. The Slow Trails are family hiking trails through which you can experience the types of the Carinthian lakes. There are also countless further excursion destinations for young and old, summer and winter sports enthusiasts…….. The Sportberg Gerlitzen Alpe is only a 14-minute drive from the property.
