The lively pedestrian zone with restaurants and shops right outside the door, yet you can enjoy absolute peace in the idyllic courtyard with a romantic garden and terrace. Nestled in a beautiful mountain and lake landscape, this is the perfect starting point for hikes, swimming and skiing experiences and excursions to Italy, Slovenia or the sea.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.
